This brought tears to my eyes!! I want to do this! I'm 50 and I have a lot of the same symptoms described here, and I'm willing to do anything to make me better!!
Dr. LIfe is such an inspiration. Sure, the hormone replacement therapy helps. But, his committment to training is what is key. I am 47, and although I have not had any hormone replacement therapy, I have been committed to exercise and good nutrition since my 20's. It can be done. If you are curious about your own levels (guys), check with a urologist. I hope I get the chance to meet Dr. Life some day. Unfortunately, I live on the east coast.
Exercise and nutrition my age is 61 specialist sports nutrition personal trainer i lift weights every week great videos dr muscle strength energy better sleep
Been doing 20/4 fasting for a while. Feel calmer...no doubt about it. Have to raid the fridge for a wedge of cheddar some evenings though. Oh nearly forgot...lost 14lbs in a month.
Thanks for the video, after my 7th knee surgery was really sick. had some doubts and questions about this kind of approach to a healthy recovery after many years of surgeries that lead to atrophied muscle tissue. this cleared a lot of questions.
@@jamestowey6087 I'm doing well, the surgery went well and now I'm getting the strength back. There is always room for more quad muscle exercises for this type of condition..
@@jamestowey6087 the doc prescribe HGH treatment and later the gel test 1% but after more surgeries later had to start all over again... now that I have a total knee replacement I'm looking forward to no more surgeries. still recovering from 2019. I must say that doing some physical therapy with the assistance of anabolics helps more than not doing it.
At age 57 my testostrone was 969...first time ever checked!.Dave and Troy..this video tells me their part of the PC.culture.wheteby.nobody takes responsibilty for their own heallth. our socity still believes that our symtom , alopathic doctors check and take care of them.what a myth .believed by 99% of our society.Bc.i took care of my own health ie.testing and learning.and now in my 60s look 45yo and feel 30yo. Its imperative people are taught in childhood TO TAKE RESPONSIBILY FOR YOUR OWN LIFE AND HEALTH.
@@Mikolas649 I know that a 57 year old man can’t have 969 test levels naturally. Basic knowledge. it’s okay to take trt at 57. Don’t know why everyone has to lie
This guy appears to be for real. He looks a whole lot better than most other 74 yr old males I have met or seen. The anti-aging researcher Dr Richard Walker looks good too but Dr Life's program appears to be something most people can do. Dr. Walker may have found something in his research work that is being kept private.
So patients are more fit and more disease free. But what's the stats for longevity. Which is absolutely not automatically the same as fitness Or lack of a defined desease......
MY DAD is 72, he has been lifting weights and doing cardio for 60 years. never took growth hormone, nor did he take testosterone. if you exercise daily and eat healthy, you can age with grace.
@@abdulbade Seeing one old man in half decent Nick makes you smarter than a Dr who sees this shit day in and day out and has studied it on a cellular level. Sit the fuck down you doughnut.
Asian diet less meat 15%-20%, rice 50% Balance high varieties vegetables ald steam quality nutrition soup boiled 2.5 hours up with chinese herbs to vegetables soup.
Apparently the guy melted into a pool of butter and lobster juice within 10 years of this. He's now preserved only by using old clips. Within 5 years you could reupholster a chair with his face. Sad. I don't think he got it right though. Just spiked his testosterone.
First of all, all the hormone replacement therapies like chelating can be great IF it's done by real EXPERTS. Otherwise, Be very careful.... Second, what longevity studies exist for people who do these therapies?
