Thank you for your excellent review. I had bought and returned Apple AirPods last summer for the simple reason that they would not fit in the case with the hook type silicone AirPod cover. These softround covers are exactly what I was looking for because these will in the fit in the charging case and not have to be removed. I am going to Best Buy to buy apple AirPods. I have ordered the softround covers from Amazon (24 pack for $4.39).

Thanks for your video and reviewing these. Both my ears are the 10% so I bought the earhoox and have the same concerns. So I bought the newer AirPod version of the EarBudi. These clip on and go over the ear and allow the AirPod to sit tight in my ear too.

Those red things are awsome

The included tips etc allow for a good fitting that apple style earbuds don’t. Solid product. Excellent quality.

The earhookz are really great and last for a long time

You mentioned that you can adjust the foam buds so they’re not covering the sensors. Do the foam buds stay in place or do they move and cover the sensor as you adjust the airpods in your ear? Seems like a great idea but how well does it work? Thanks!

I bought the faom ones from the store cuz didn't want to wait any longer when I have bought the airpods gen2 it's so much better with the foam in the ear.. my right ear stays the airpod in rather okayish but damn my left dude is just tripping man not gonna lie now!! this is a game changer for sure!

OMG The foam tips are the hack I’ve been looking for! Can’t believe no one ever told me about it. If anyone with airpod 3rd gens finds this video looking for a solution, I can confirm the foam covers keep the air pods in your ear. Only downside is auto detect won’t work so you have to find foam covers that have a hole on both sides or find a tutorial to make your own holes.

What about comfort. I find that my right ear hurts when I have the air pod in?

I still use old fashion on the ear or over the ear headphones, so the sound is great.

I have the same problem, and none of the accessories could fix it. Finally, I find a solution. Just use a double-sided tape for wig. Cut a tiny one to stick on the top of airpods, so it can stick to your ear when you using it. Disadvantages: you have to change it few days later, and it make you airpods a little dirty. But totally worth it!

One thing I found out when I started using earbuds is my right ear canal is bigger than my left. I have to use a medium size tip in the left and the large in the right. Whenever my wired buds would get broken I always keep the tips just in case. I think I have some foam covers about some I'm going to have to check because my Soundpeats TrueAir2 are about the same size and shape.🤔🙂

My main question is: Does really fix the problem of surrouding noise beside the fact that it gives more grip in your ear?

I use insignia accessories for Apple AirPods since using the Apple AirPods with the Accessories I have not lost the Apple AirPods these are the best Accessories yet that I have used

I’ve been using Earplus and Surefire. Sure fire was much better. But it’s probably because I use the wired EarPods so maybe it wouldn’t be as great for the wireless ones. I’ve personally had so many different earphones such as Bose QC 20 and Bose QC 25s which were both rubbish and fell apart within a month or two. I’ve also had wireless AirPods which were quite good but I love the simplicity of wired earphones because they’re cheap, sounds great and doesn’t require charging or any extra accessory except those ear hooks because my air is also not suitable for these headphones. By that said, I highly recommend Surefire Ela-s

I use bose wireless free on my airpods... They have the secure wing that fits in the charging case and they sound dope.

Do any of the air pod ear hooks/covers help prevent sound leaking and improved isolation? Without any hooks and wearing them normally, it seems like they will leak sound past 50% volume. I am hoping that ear hooks would improve isolation (such as during workouts) and possibly prevent any soundleaks like my former Jaybird X2 and current X3.

Dude THANK YOU!!! LOL i got some fair pods (fake airpods) and theu came with that first accessory and i couldnt figure.out how to use them!! Lol They are great buds but they fall out while im cleaningand this is a life changer...my biggest problem is losing my charger case!!!! Uhhg if anyone can help me with that ...i have 8 buds with no.charger case the only one case i havent lost is my skull candy sesh evos but i have 2 pairsnof those and the first after a yr stopped working and thr second one after 2 months stopped working...so definitely dont get those to anyonw.bud shopping out there!

The little rubber covers that keep the Airpods in your ears really work well, but you can't charge the Airpods with them on. I got them because I'm working from home and on the phone all day. I have to take them off and put them on several times so I can recharge and it's a pain.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I’ll try the foams. When I bought my AirPods at Best Buy, I made the mistake of buying 2 pairs. I think it’s a horrible product. I can’t believe Apple made such an expensive product that falls out of your ears very easily-at least with me, anyway; and that goes for both ears. It’s extremely frustrating. They’re also impossible to return.

I used Band-Aid band adhesive bandages by Johnson & Johnson

I use the last example.

I recently purchased AirPod tips which included that same carrying case and a white/black lanyard to make them look like Powerbeats I guess. The tips or fins just made the fit worst so I’m still wearing them with no tips maybe I’ll try the foam

I have the ear hooks 2.0 but don’t like them, they don’t work with the tap function which they are advertised that they do work and you even mentioned they do but for me I found they do not

Yeah right! You chose the "black foam covers" as your best option over the others? Hopefully not because the "black foams covers" are the cheapest. You also mentioned that the "black foam covers" can easily be pulled away from the Airpod holes, which in reality the foam will slide right back over the Airpod holes when trying to wiggle the Airpods back into the ear.

Can you tell me if the AirPods fit inside the case and allow it to close with the EarSkinz? I have them on my current EarPods and can't live without them. However, the thought of having to constantly remove them and reapply them every time I'd need to charge has held me back from buying the AirPods.
