Hi! Honestly it's the best video on boostcamp I saw. I have a question on the paid version though. Do you know if today there is an option to create an exercise with sets and distance instead of sets and reps. (For farmer's walk or cadrio for instance)

Thank you! As far as I can find, the options are “reps” and “time”. There is not “distance”. So for cardio, you would use time instead

I've been following you closely hope you will see this and reply: You showed that you started your deadlifting journey on 6-13-2018 @115 pounds, Did you do any DL at your school before 6-13-2018, or was 6-13-2018 literally the first time you attempted a dL? Also, How many months passed from your first DL attempt to the FIRST time you successfully DL 300 pounds? Thanks!
