Thank you! Just taking a much-needed break :) Hmm, I really can't think of anything to replace it with. Heavy cream is about 36% to 40% fat mixed with milk. Maybe you have it in your area, but it's called something else?

@@TatyanasEverydayFood Good Day Chef 🇺🇦🧑🍳. I'm anticipating some pumpkin and squash recipes for the Fall 🍁. Saw a new one at the Amish market, it's called a Green Striped squash. Google says it's sweet and similar in flavor to butternut squash. I'll be grabbing one next trip to the market. I like to make squash pies and custards when I can get them fresh.
