I have a nice stand up mixer and sometimes it’s a hassle to bring out. This is a small easy desert so I’d use my handheld mixer for it.

Hi Kassandra this looks delicious. Just wanted to share a tip with you I bake for a living and to avoid the lumps try and use your cream cheese when it’s room temp. If you use it straight out the fridge it will give you the lumps and may get watery so it won’t get fluffy.

The first time I did cheesecake I also tried to mix it like you and made a whole mess so then I rewatched Lesdomakeup video and she put it in the blender to mix everything and it worked maybe next time mix it in the blender 😀
