Great video. And as a Certified NLP Trainer and NLP Coach Trainer providing such training since 2006 (NLP) and 2012 (NLP Coaching), my choice is clear. NLP Coaching as it is of much higher value to the coaching process for the client, when it comes to "transformational" impact. But the con side is that the quality of NLP is not guaranteed across the board.
Thank you very much! Agreed, as with any industry, there will always be a range in quality, so it's crucial to work with reputable companies who have a proven track record of delivering high-quality training and coaching services.
This is the most helpful video when contemplating the solidification of an existing coaching business! I will go with ICF for my next coaching training. Thank you so much for such a concise yet informative video!
Thank you very much for taking the time to make this fantastic video. As an aspiring coach, I appreciate all the information provided in this video. Many thanks!
Yes it is! Here you can learn more about Meta-Coaching: www.neurosemantics.com/metacoaching/ Here is where you can find contact details for trainers of the Meta-Coaching System around the world, including America: www.neurosemantics.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/2020-2021-Licensed-Neuro-Semantic-Trainers.pdf
I haven't experienced their trainings myself, but I have heard good things about them from colleagues and some fellow coaches. I believe their certifications are affiliated with ICF (but best check directly with them).
Your most accessible and easiest option if you are looking to get your program accredited would be the ICF. They have an application process you can easily search. If on the other hand you are looking for programs that are already certified then I would again look at ICF (International Coaching Federation), or my personal favourite is The Institute of Neuro-Semantics.
Hi Priya, here is the USA institute (insusa.org/), and here is a list of all of the certified trainers in the US who run MCF trainings (insusa.org/ns-trainers/). I'm not in contact with them personally (I’m from Australia), but I would reach out to Jason Schneider and chat to him about what is available in the US specifically. He is the president of the USA chapter, runs courses himself (perceptionacademy.com/), and I have met him personally and think he is a friendly and helpful guy.
I'm not aware of any online courses for MCF, as MCF favours in-person training! You can view your closest training centre via the Neuro-Semantic website - www.neurosemantics.com/find-a-neuro-semantic-institute/
Universities are mostly new to the coaching field. There were none when I first started in the field 10 years ago, but they are becoming more common place now. The problem is that most of them are theoretical and academic, lots of lectures, very little hands on practice. It's a bit like learning how to swim by reading a book. That being said, a fellow coach and colleague of mine has done a Masters of Science and Coaching Psychology at Sydney University and she rated it highly. So if you are keen on the university route, that's the first place I would personally look.
Hi, thanks for your question. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with schools in the UK. However you could try contacting the Neuro-Semantics division for Europe - neurosemanticsinstituteeurope.community/ Alternatively, below is the full list for countries around the world. www.neurosemantics.com/find-a-neuro-semantic-institute/
