Stardew Druid is an amazing mod for foraging. It adds nature based magic to the game. Some of the many features is it lets you collect wild seeds from tall grass and wood from trees, make tree growth progress by an additional day once a day, and fertilize your crops. The more you practice the magic and do lessons the more things you can do with the magic.
I love Growable Forage and Crop Bushes, but I really only use it for a few of the forageable crops, and make the blueberry seeds into bushes. For the vanilla berry bushes I use Seasonal Berries. It doesn't keep the forage days the same, but they stick to the season. I keep Salmonberries for Spring, and Blackberries for Fall, but I add Spice Berries for Summer, and Crystal Fruit for Winter. I find it much simpler than growing the salmonberry bushes and such on my farm, plus it adds less new items (seeds) that way. It's a good one to add if anyone is looking for more foraging mods.
kitsu!! i just got into expanded..... upon expanded, upon expanded lol. omg there is so much to it! i'm super excited to see what good mods work with expanded. i'm definitely getting these foraging mods! thank you!
Used both wild flower mods and forage of fergal, kind of stayed away from the mushrooms from forage of ferngakle... given an east scarp mods, one if the NPCs need some red mushrooms, though it can be turned off as a debug (it has Hecture and matio, given some bug likely thanks to one small animal mod), I will be restarting again, might be best I turn off the quests for hecture.... But I really do recommend foraging of ferngal, plus its sister mod Grapes of Fenagle if you want more grapes in game, wilderflower mods over all are equal to aristan fally was if you get the full set, though cornucopia set of mods is the rebirth in 1.6 of that mod set.... one of which has a mod ou talked about in the vid. Ya took a few days off, kind of had my seeds flip about randly after getting into years 3 in a game of mine....after some quick chats with Lumina (auther of VMV) and the mod auther of cornicopia.... even if it was after there input.... ya an alapaca mod or something like that un bound all my seeds..... so be carefull which mods you use and take note of which ones affect your game. So past recollectng myself.... there is a lot to take in, alot to pic and so on.
Thank you for this! Am in process of loading my game, but am absolutely going to check out a few of these mods for the next time! Always do enjoy your Stardew related vids, so thank you for sharing!
@@kitsugamess yeah a lot of the wildflour mods are hidden right now, I'm not sure why. I haven't gotten around to messing too much with them in my playthrough, so I don't know if there are any major bugs or something. Luckily I got them downloaded before they were hidden.
@@Anirra I believe they won’t work if hidden but haven’t loaded my game since they got removed 😭😭 I hope they come back again because they are genuinely some of the coolest mods I have found 😭
@kitsugamess they're still available in my game, smapi isn't throwing any errors or anything. 🤷♀️ But yes they are super cute cooking and food expansions, I hope they're just working on them and re-releasing them.
