Recipe was quick and simple for me to make. Wife loved it. (even though I improvised on the butter garlic mixture because we didn't have fresh garlic).
Thank you a lot. I cooked this way to prepare one of my favorite side dish and tasted wonderfull. As a suggestion, you may mix in a bowl the garlic butter with the baby potatoes in a bowl without roast the potatoes and add a bit of coriander.

I just tried these tonight, I stupidly put the butter and garlic in at too high a heat and the garlic burnt a little bit they still tasted great, really good. I’ll know for next time. So thank you very much.xx
i followed this recipe about two weeks ago, it turned out very well well, the bottoms came off and we had to eat them upside down, but they tasted great

I made your Garlic Baby potatoes today. In order to learn it before my dinner party in three days. It took took much turning of the potatoes and took like half an hour for the potatoes to be crisped.It s a very oily oily dish. I would prefer to wipe the potatoes with olive oil and put the in the oven t much healthier cleaner and easier . the sauce i also very oily. Yak Yak Yak

I made this cuz my mom wanted me to and at first I thought it wouldn't turn out as well as she would hope but once I tried it it was actually amazing esp with the cream even tho I'm not a fan of it

sakuragirl129 yes, you can definitely use less butter! You can also just keep the garlic butter on the side and that way, everyone can add how much butter they want :)
Hi Tatyana - I put the melted butter and garlic for 25 minutes but got burnt garlic! It was on low heat - but on the larger burner. Could this be the reason? I need to try again on the smaller flame. Still tasted great after removing the (burnt) garlic
@@TatyanasEverydayFood OK - so I gave it another shot and my mistake last time was putting cayenne pepper with the garlic. That is what got burnt! You live and you learn 😊
