Your recipes not only look delicious, but I also very often learn something new. Putting gelatin in the low fat ground beef and cooking a small piece of meat in the microwave to check the seasoning are really clever tricks!

@@tanmaykadlag5482 a knife brand was the sponsor of the video and they're a bit of scam, they are called kamikoto. They market their knives as super high quality and expensive but they are just cheap and not worth the price they sell them for. Someone pointed this out to him very soon after he uploaded the first time and he took it down and re-uploaded without the sponsor. Huge props to him for doing so, not only is it bad for his brand and channel but it shows he cares about his viewers opinions and doesn't want them potentially getting ripped off either

My meatballs have always been lacking in flavour and didn't taste good. I tried this recipe today and it seems to be a great improvement. The meatballs were juicy, rich in flavour and healthy. The whole house smelled like meatballs so everyone was craving for some hehe. I used an air fryer instead of an oven at the same time and temperature. Thank you so much for sharing the recipe!!

Anthony's sells a buttermilk powder. Honestly, it's better because it's self stable and you typically don't use much buttermilk. This makes it really easy to have it as a pantry staple that you can use when the mood hits instead of thinking how it would be nice, but not wanting to run to the store.

Felu, I'd suggest changing the title of your nutritional charts (4:47) from "Breakfast" to "High Protein Meatballs" and "Creamy Mushroom Sauce." You might also want to add the nutritional data of the rice, just to be complete. Thanks. The meal looks delicious!

Great recipe, but how come you don't account for the oil you used?
@johnengland7505
@johnengland7505 Год назад
Realistically it's insignificant. with just a quick squirt it only adds a bit. Do you really think the beef is 95/5% fat on the dot? Probably not. You could add the fat from the oil to the beef and the difference would still round down to 95/5%. I think what's important is you see how he uses the oil. So many people say " add 1 Tablespoon" as they invert the bottle of oil over the pan for 5 seconds.

Buttermilk is a thick, tangy fermented dairy product using the liquid left behind after churning butter out of cultured cream (traditional) or uncultured sweet cream (modern). On the other hand, Keifer is a fermented dairy product made with milk and kefir grains. Unfortunately, I can't give you a taste comparison as I have yet to try Keifer.
