I've had insomnia for a couple of years now. I really have tried everything (except alcohol and narcotics). Sometimes the sleep medicine wouldn't work and I felt helpless and desperate. I was hesitant to try hypnosis, but I chose your audio first. I suppose it was your soothing voice. (Some other audios are creepy, to me) I've been listening to you for a few months and you have been a very big help! Keep up the amazing work! And thank you!

Wow this is amazing! This is just what I needed to hear right now to make positive changes in my life. This is video is going to be so wonderful in helping me make the changes I want to make. I love your ending with "your eyes are sparkling clear it's as though you were swimming in a nice cool stream." I always feel so refreshed with this ending. this helped get rid of a lot of negative thoughts ...still not sleeping yet, but at least I'm calm and relaxed...I may have been a bit on the extreme end lately..maybe even a bit manic..great station!!!

Soo I of course fell right to sleep mid way through because of you're super calm voice, will the affirmations and things still work whilst I sleep? Do I need to try and stay awake till the very end?

If your intention is to go to sleep then that's ok but once you're sleeping you're not getting the benefit of any of the suggestions. I would recommend listening sitting up and then getting comfortable towards the end of the recording.
