I grew up with bucket style peppers, but saw a recipe 5+ years ago with the boat style. I prefer that now as it increases your cheese top.

I hate it when people only put cheese on the top of their stuffed peppers, so I loved it when you mixed cheese into the body of the stuffing. Extra yum! Thanks so much.

The olives are a great idea because they deliver such a huge punch of umami !!! I also like the idea of using the Everything Bagel seasoning. Keep up the good work. 👍

I’ve never thought about putting olives in my stuffed peppers. That looks delicious!

I chop many up and place in sauce. I pour over white rice. That's how I did it when they were kids so they eat peppers. When I made stuffed peppers they ate inside only and left peppers.

Thanks bro - those both looked really good. I think I'm going to bastardize and modify the two of these - mushrooms, onions, beef, garlic - probably a lot of the seasonings from the 2nd recipe & go with a bit of tomato paste rather than the canned tomatoes - going to use 20% fat ground beef and forego the butter and just cook everything in the rendered beef fat.

Always the boat…seems like there is more food then 😅
