I am glad that you had visited the One Ratchada/Diwan night market. It was opened six months ago and it will become popular by end of the year as the new pub street has been opened and the chinese tour groups will come in large numbers.
The old Ratchada train night market was closed in August 2021 and moved to Rama 9 by November 2021 under the new brand name 'Jodd Fairs'(which you had visited last year). Jodd Fairs will be closed down by December 2023 and will be relocating back to Ratchada by around January 2024, probably in the space between Big C Extra and Thai Life Insurance building.
One can travel to the One Ratchada/Diwan by MRT(subway) too, need to get down at Thailand Cultural Centre MRT station and take exit no 3. The thai word 'Diwan' means good day.
