Don't be fooled by his appearance, there's more to this Lenny Character then you would first expect. Every like you give helps heal Lenny's eye 👀👍👀 Want to really help? you can buy me a coffee - www.buymeacoffee.com/Bestofth...
The trick is supposed to be repeating a person you just met’s name back to them three times so you’ll be more likely to remember it. I’ve tried it and it does not work lol
I don’t think 8 being an even number was a joke lol people say that all the time with various numbers. Even odd numbers. “I’ll make it an even $25” etc
Lenny is like that kinda cute, casual guy you knew in middle/high school that you didn’t see much because you were in higher level classes than him and he didn’t end up going to college, but was fun to converse with on occasion.
14:35 just realized lenny being in a horror movie where he has buttons sewed on his eyes is in itself a meta joke about lenny constantly getting stuff in his eyes
Hey, $130mil isn't enough for THAT much 24 karat gold. Being a realist, Homer knew he'd have to compromise and downgrade to 14k gold so he could also be the biggest man in the world. For God's sake, the lottery doesn't make you a Burns.
11:36 I know they’re relationship is played for laughs but honestly it’s still real sweet how much Lenny loves Carl, honestly made heart skip a beat right there
6:57 Homer asks "What could be going at 100 miles per hour?" and is subsequently punched by Lenny. Converting 100 miles per hour to miles per second, we take 100 and divide by 60 twice twice to get about 0.028 miles per second, or about 150 feet per second. From the moment when Homer recognizes that Lenny's fist is travelling towards him to the moment of impact, about 2 seconds pass. Factoring in this time, we can conclude that Lenny was approximately 300 feet away from Homer before his punch. (This is about the length of 1.2 jumbo jets.) What's even more impressive is that we can see Lenny sitting right next to Homer about 4 seconds before the impact of his punch. Considering that half of this time, Lenny is 300 feet from Homer, we can conclude that Lenny travelled the full 300 feet in under 2 seconds, implying that Lenny is able to run at 100 miles per hour. (For reference, the fastest recorded speed of a human being is 27.33 miles per hour, making Lenny almost 4 times faster than Usain Bolt.) Another implication is the sheer force of which Lenny can punch at: Considering that the average human arm weighs about 12.7 pounds, we can assume Lenny's arm weighs about that much. Converting 100 mph to m/s, and 12.7 lb to kg, we get about 44.7 m/s and 5.7 kg. Using this, we can calculate the momentum of Lenny's arm to be about 255 kg m/s. Considering that Lenny's punch seems to use the full distance of Homer's head to stop, and taking into account that the average diameter of a male human head is about 0.176 m, Lenny's punch strikes homer with a peak force of about 65,000 Newtons. (For reference, this is the equivalent of 80 grams of TNT going off in Homer's face.) All things considered, we can conclude to these facts about Lenny and Homer: Lenny can run and punch and 100 miles per hour as well as accelerate to said speeds at an ungodly rate, Homer can withstand 65,000 Newtons of force to his skull without suffering from any serious injuries, Homer's kitchen is over 300 feet long, and Lenny's arm can stretch 300 feet without any problem.
Well, Itchy once played Scratchy's ribs like a xylophone and even though he struck the same rib twice in succession he clearly produced two different notes. Now I don't believe in magic xylophones so I guess anything is possible
"did you hear something?" "No." "Did I?" "I don't know." 😐😐 I love how they go from being like best friends borderline a couple, to just roasting the shit out if each other too.
I worked with a guy who had a grill full of diamonds, I asked him why he decided to do something like that. He told me he was in a terrible car accident and his front teeth were badly damaged, so when he got them repaired, he had the diamonds put in, to "take a ugly event in my life and make it beautiful." Powerful statement on his part, but I still couldn't help think it looked absolutely ridiculous.
Lenny: we're coming up on Mount Carlmore, I craved that one wonderful summer. Homer: what did carl think? Lenny: you know we've never discussed it. (That was a beautiful scene there)
I always loved how Lenny and Carl appeared frequently on the show but never got a single showcase episode. I’m pretty sure they’re the only ones of all the side characters that had as much screen time as them.
Maybe Homer didn't "accidently" nuke Albany. Maybe he was bribed to do it by Skinner so Chalmers would never find out the awful truth about "steamed hams."
Didn't include the scene where Lenny and Carl crash into each other?? What about the ending of the sugar episode?? "I found some pearls oh, they're just my teeth. Aww well I can still make a necklace out of them" 😂😂
They new season is pretty good back in the old days they had Conan and other great writers now they’re trying to pander to the dumb attention deficient cables networks
"you're a lucky man, homer!" "yeah! this is the longest I've ever gone without looking at lenny!" i know the gay jokes about them are played for laughs but i think they deserve to be happily married
When the Simpsons movie was released, Time Out New York found “real-life Simpsons” in NYC. They had a gay couple as Lenny and Carl and one of them said, “But Lenny has photos of Carl in his wallet. Even I don’t do that.”
I really like that one of the running Lenny gags his eye injury. I didn't even realize it until I watched this video. As someone who has had to deal with a recurring eye abrasion for almost six months in the past, I understand his pain. Still makes me laugh though.
