I find that heavy whipping cream (while delicious) adds unnecessary fat content to an alfredo sauce. Plus, it tends to separate when re-heated. Have you considered starting with a roux and making a bechamel as the base for your alfredo sauce? I would love to see your take on it! Love the channel!

I love watching your videos, however both me and my boyfriend try to avoid too much cheese, heavy cream etc., in our everyday dinners (as we've both lost weight and try to keep it off!). Your recipes looks amazing (!!!), however we never do them... would it be possible to do a dish that is a bit more healthy without a lot of cheese, heavy cream, butter? Maybe we'd be more inclined to try them for ourselves then 😀🤞 Also please don't hate on me - I'm not a native English speaker, so I hope it doesn't come out rude (that is definitely not my intention!) Once upon a time, in my very early 20s, I attempted to make homemade gnocchi and it disintegrated as soon as it hit the water 🤣🤣 but I feel my skills & cooking instincts have improved over the years so maybe I'll try again. This looks delicious! Altho tbh I'd omit or pick out the peas...sorry not sorry...my doggo loves peas so they don't go to waste! Oh and of course Jaclyn looks gorgeous, when doesn't she?? Love her!

Call me old fashioned but I need the little ridges on my gnocchi from the little ridged paddle my grandma used to make them on. “It holds the sauce” she used to tell me. Love your recipes so much and your true love of food!!! It’s infectious!
