Ingredients :
- 500ml milk
- Melted butter 100g
- sugar 80 g
- dry yeast 10 gr
- 2 eggs, a yolk to be separated for the gilding
- 3g baking soda (bicarbonate)
- vinegar 10 ml
- flour 900 g
- salt 8 g
Gilding:
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon of milk
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar
- Sesame and poppy seeds optional
