@@dannyn6036 Not really. Rins K's point isn't that getting rich is bad, but having passion and therefore good product as a priority is good. No reason a person can't get rich from that. As for the Invisible Hand of Capitalism, proponents and the originator ignore the effects of greed, concentration of capital, and income & resource disparity. The other truth is that people on the bottom work their asses off too, to barely survive. The majority of hard work is not really rewarded. I live pretty well btw.

@@Stoop_Kidd Yeah. They mill it in house for small batches or when the situation calls for it, but they got so busy they had to outsource and find a company to do it for them to their recipe and specifications. People in the restaurant business do it ALL the time; it's VERY common. Prime example, in Chicago a lot of hot dog places just use Vienna Beef Dogs. Some other restaurants also use them but they give them a recipe to follow so it's their own personal blend just now being produced on a larger scale...

Milling flour in house is a financial disaster. Not only because of the machines and labour (people want to get paid believe it or not), but also because space is extremely limited in NY. Also the risk of impurities is very high compared to a professional milling company

@@erikalbinsson4928 in the video its mentioned him growing up with nothing and working as a waiter at an original nyc pizzeria, and somebody mentioned in the comments he makes 60k a year despite working 11 hours a day just to keep the restaurant up. idk how true it is and if it is then it could just be his passion to do so as he mentions working on his interest in pizza for over 10 years, but despite that, it makes an interesting thought process that if everyone was to do this, could there be anyone to serve to? the obvious response is oh thats just a theory that if everyone was a producer there would be no consumers, but you have to think about it, they are buying ingredients and making food products at a certain cost and selling them at a certain price to pay for the cost of those ingredients, what ever it is to keep that restaurant up, what ever product they need to keep making food, and have profit for people who work and himself etc. if i missed something. the basic idea is everyone is being taken advantage of in some way and thus there are people who want some advantage back in response, they may not get a ton like the system they are held by, but they get more than what eventually becomes a consumer or the average consumer. the mass consumers are those who often dont get advantage and get taken advantage of for the profit of others and in order to continue gaining such a profit. if everyone was looking to do this though, abuse a part of the system for some kind of advantage or self-benefit, then no one could be taken advantage of. therefore no advantage is made and everyone loses. however, they could also just work together or individually based upon themselves, rather than relying on others to be advantageous with-in such a system, they could individually build up their own farms (as we know them as for growing food in a particular area) thus making their own natural food to have and consume. in addition, with trade being a possible action, you could trade foods for certain other things (in this case probably of course food and especially different foods for somewhat even trade) and even build bonds that allow for free transactions as everything would be in abundance and of need. no currency or power possible. he himself states making his own flour, some comments mentioned that it got so busy that it was impossible to create their own flour in time for preparing dough for orders and cooking, so they had to find a factory that would help produce the same flour with their preferred recipe but then you realize its with the idea of reliance. they can no longer make it themselves, thus they have to rely on a different producer or possibly known as supplier to produce for the lower consumers. of course this happens in various ways with previous mentioned items as well but it would probably be a lot of explaining and its just understood that there is different scenarios, different possibilities and different outcomes but it creates an infinite problem of needing someone to buy and someone to create, it ends up taking a tole on something which happened to be these consumers. what ultimately became a great source of power is also its greatest reliance, but they also dont have much power except to consume or not to consume and never be able to produce for themselves. imagine if humans naturally produced for themselves rather than to keep from others, take from others, and force a reliance for others or from others. there would never be problem and thus humanity would be a lot better due to an instant removal or elimination of some of if not the greatest negativity or negative thing itself. its possibly what politics and everything known by humanity relys on, the ability to abuse this notion to take control of others, away from others, and use control of others for yourself. it seems at first that everyone has a choice, but why should that matter if what matters is the truth of it all. should you ever really have to have a choice? or did some negative force ruin the equilibrium to cause you to make a certain choice or else deal with a natural disadvantage? despite always being at a human-made disadvantage regardless your choice; as that choice doesnt determine your ability to gain power or prevent it all, but just take away any from others or rather be in control of theirs. would it be better? it would probably just be a different scenario of the current situation as explained, but maybe making that action would create a physical experience which would cause a wise awareness to the situation, rather than let the force that creates such naivety that prevents anything from actually progressing continue or be even possible at all. earth has everything that life upon it needs, but there are humans taking advantage of those needs to ruin life and the earth of life itself. we are already in that situation but theres the possibility everyone tries to make a choice thinking its an action, but the truth is revealed and the ability to make that truth possible rather than what the force creates is what is true action. the action that is sought to make some such of an improvement.

Americans all care about bigger more faster bla bla bla. Bigger isn't better the Netherlands is so small we fit 15 times in Texas alone. But we're still number 2 when it comes to agricultural export. And that's not per land size, or per person, just N2 period. That alone should say enough about how extremely efficient and good our farmers are...Best farmers in the world and that's a fact. And unless someone suffers from Celiac disease, then gluten is not an issue. the other difference comes from the difference in soil. Our has more selenium in it. Which is actually a vital nutrient. If you're from nyc, there's Grimaldi's near Manhattan Beach. It's the same one from ny, supposedly they bring the water in from there as well. If you want high end go L'Antica Pizzeria Da Michele in Hollywood. They originate straight from Italy. Super expensive but great.

When the owner wants to give what he didn't have growing up, you know there's love, and that's the secret ingredient for amazing food.

This place should 1000% be on your list when visiting NYC. It's hard to say it's the best slice in the city as everyone has different taste's, but there's no freaking way you could not like this slice.

I had a slice from here earlier in the year. TBH, it was just okay. I like a lot of sauce and felt mine was a little dry. But the crust was crispy & airy, not heavy. I think they drizzle olive oil on top, which is nice. Like most NY slice shops, they leave their pizzas out on display & heat them up when you order, so I could’ve gone on an off hour. Hopefully this place survives the pandemic. The owner obviously loves & cares about what he does.
