I took a nice pork loin and stuffed it with spinach and cheese then put it out on the Pit Barrel with some pecan wood for a juicy smokey awesome meal. So sit back relax and enjoy the show.
I will be cooking this for Christmas. My sons and brother in law will be cooking other meats. At stake is the best cook meat trophy which will be keep for the victor till next Christmas.
Chef Mike it's ok if you never did this before. You made that look so easy and delicious. You know the drill...set my plate, I'm on the way. Stay safe brother.
Yes sir Pop it was definitely the first time but sometimes you just have to go for it. It came out terrific. Thanks so much for always being there for mr my brother

Heck yeah Rico this came out perfect. I've been wanting to try this for sometime. I'm glad I did it was a bit challenging but well worth it. Thanks for stopping by brother take care
I have never seen a pork loin prepared like this. We will have to try this out some day I could not wait for the end of the video. It looks soooo good. Once again, thanks for sharing and take care.
Yes you did and also gave out some other ideas as well. Now that I have my thinking cap on, I might try something different. Thanks for the inspiration. I think it is all you can imagine with.@@mikecha1957
Mike that turned out looking like it taste awesome.....I was questioning you during the wrap but I know I shouldn't have....LOL I'll have to give that a try......
Hey SK I was questioning myself at the time LOL Did I mention that it was the first time I tried this? LOL Thanks for stopping by brother you are appreciated
Hey Wayn I don't reccomend doing this in a crock pot. Pork loin is very lean and a crock pot will overcook it. You could end up with dry pork. A pork butt is more suitable for a crockpot. Thanks for stopping by my friend
You know how they have twice baked potatoes, right Mike? I think I'm gonna call this your thrice stuffed pork loin. Although I think you had to stuff it more than thrice the way it kept coming out the ends when you were rolling it up.😂😂 By the way...what was that at 16:22? They weren't saying "Ewwwww" to your pork loin I hope. It looked real good to me.
Did I mention that this was the first time I've done this? LOL Yeah keeping the stuffing in was a challenge for sure but it came out great in the end. I think you are referring to the cat noise at 16:22 I'll go check. Thanks for watching my friend
To tell you the truth I don't remember. Probably an hour to an hour and a half. I go by internal temp. This should be at least 145 no more. Thanks for watching
Hola mi amigo. Mi español no es muy bueno. Recomendaría el polvo de alas de Kosmosq.com. Tienen un condimento de alas muy picante que es muy bueno. Gracias por ver. Tuve que usar el traductor de Google para responder esto.
