Many thanks John. I’ve noticed over the last few weeks - following your 10k programme and the longer sessions - that I’m also benefitting from far better general day-to-day posture (shoulder, core and hips) sat at my desk and walking around, so thank you.
That's awesome!!! I've noticed a few cyclist friends improve their posture from rowing too - as long as you get that powerful, primed position correct, it's transformative!
