Do rinse spinach and broccoli in filtered water or just from unfiltered (fluoride/chlorine rich) tap water ? I've been rinsing my spinach and broccoli in filtered water from a filter jug ... but the process takes ages because i have to refill the jug and wait for the clean water to filter through.
