Start from Episode 1 • 'The Big Lap' Original...
G’day Guys,
After exploring the Red Centre and spending another 6 weeks at Lake Argyle making pancakes and doing other work to replenish our bank account, we turn East and head to Darwin and beyond.
Cobourg Peninsula is the remote northern tip of the Northern Territory in Arnhem Land and we spend a week there dodging crocodiles, looking for Banteng buffalo, catch and cook fish on the beach and trying to avoid a bushfire.
Then it's down through Kakadu, Mataranka Hot Springs and East towards Roper River and Lawn Hill on our quest to reach Cape York before the wet season hits.
As luck would have it though, we find ourselves stranded on the side of a remote station track with a collapsed wheel bearing.
