When Tommy died at the end of 2014, I could not do anything for two years. I went back-and-forth about selling our home. I pray every day and I ask God to show me what I needed to see😊 as I went through different houses and look for different things, for some reason, I kept backing away. All the time thinking, does He wants me to move? That wasn’t the case😮 so anyways I just was getting frustrated so I waited and prayed and waited and prayed and I didn’t go to the right and I didn’t go to the left. I just stayed in the middle till I got my answer🙏fast-forward almost 6 months. No answer was my answer from my heavenly father🙏 when my ear gates and my eye gates were open and my mouth gate was closed I was able to hear and see that He wanted me to stay right where I was, where I am today. I started remodeling each room and I love my home. I have no desire to move. The key is listening to God’s voice, the Holy Spirit drawing deep inside us ❤thank you so much for sharing my friend. God bless you and Ernie. You could be changing a lightbulb and Ernie could be holding the ladder and I’d watch you didn’t disappoint anybody. I will be here for you. We really do have a God who cares. I was in that situation last year. We couldn't purchase a house till we sold our current one which meant we missed out on lots of great homes. Looking back at it im glad our old home didn't sell right away because the house we are in now is absolutely perfect for us. Most everything I wanted this home had and had we purchased earlier I think we would have regretted it. I was praying for these things in my house and God made me wait. God was probably like, "im gonna give you what you prayed for so you're gonna wait."

God’s protection. The Angels are around you both. So happy you made a trip to Franklin. Getting near my neck of woods. There are so many paces aroudvTeessee you will totally enjoy. Hello Anna, it's been a little while. I enjoy watching your channel, your meals, and your Decor ideas. Now, I must say I absolutely love your natural hair growing out. When I first started letting my natural grays out it was hard for me. Especially that I had ALL the grays and my husband had NONE.... he is 5 years older but age doesn't matter, it the genes... anyway I learned to accept me, now I found that was the best thing for me. Anna, you touched a very good subject in this show. My daughter is trying to buy a house, but every time a house goes up for sale, they outbid her in the most ridiculous way, and I just thank god for putting it in me to tell her simply “Thy will be done”. I told her if it’s not the lord’s will, it will not happen. He knows when, where, size, neighborhood and everything else, he has in store for her. So, even though it’s so frustrating and disappointing, she has to wait on the lord to see what he has in store for her. As for you Anna; you never know what he has in store for you and Ernie. Your dream sounds like a lot of work, and it really is. I know a little about B&B. I feel that there comes a point and time when life should be easy, retirement sounds good. Enjoy your life and it is great news to know that you both are believers. Sometimes what we want is not what God wants for us. I've lost many homes, Hubs lost his career, lived in 5th wheel camper for 2 yrs 7 months...now in brand new dbl wide mobile home...no money for furniture in 1 of my rooms but i am grateful to be out of camper! I do have a bed, table & recliner sofa! PTL
