I live in marina and I am guilty of not appreciating the pure beauty of where I live. I take it for granted at times but when I do get out there I'm always blown away by the pure beauty of my home

I love watching your videos Alex! The history is amazing, and you present each video with such peace, tranquility, and mysticism! The beauty of these places are breath taking! You have absolutely some of the best videos on RU-vid by far. Thank you so much my friend for all your investigative, and foot research! ♥️💯👏👏👏👏👏👍👍👍🖐🖐🖐

Interesting site. Whenever I come across a mortar site, I can hear the voices of women chatting while grinding the acorns and children playing.

If our attention spans are getting less and less, how do we explain the wild popularity of long form podcasts and RU-vid videos??? We crave good content. You provide that. (The corporate bigwigs want our attention spans to be small that’s why they hate RU-vid.)

Thank you, did you happen to see any water source, nearby Man needs water, and most if not all camps, would have water, If the water dried, it would be abandoned. please stay safe out there

Total fabrication/wrong guess about the "stage coach line." The wagon housed in the cave was kept there by settlers on the coast (Harlans/Danis) who'd drive pigs across the mountains along a trail and then hook up their wagon to ride the rest of the way into King City. Also I don't think it's right to publicly broadcast/promote visiting such places. Sure in this case it's on "public" land. But it's in a sensitive protected area-and by promoting visitation like this sooner or later you multiply the chances that someone down the line could vandalize a place or act in some other disrespectful way,. Also these aren't "sites once inhabited by...Salinans" [past tense]. This is the ancestral home of a living people. Have you asked Salinan people how they feel about you broadcasting places in their unceded ancestral home? That one "can" do something doesn't mean one necessarily should do it.

10,000 years of stories have been told in that cave. I wonder who or what will be there 10,000 years in the future.
