How was the wifi signal? Seen a complaint on it

We stayed here last week the bar was closed the shop was closed the cafe was closed the pool was closed the lift was hit and miss the Wi-Fi kept dropping out housekeeping came once in a week, and they still charged us $18 a night resort fee.

The blaring alarm and tv on when you approached your room was an immediate 🚩

I really wanted to make a good review but... The front desk agents don't seem to pay attention or acknowledge guest after you've checked in. There is a FREE park and ride lot across the street. (saves you almost $40 a night). The hallway smelled of smoke and urine. The room key kept malfunctioning and required to be set 3 times. The walls were scuffed and dirty with coffee spatter. The outlet on the desk lamp didn't work. There was enough dust to grow corn on the wood room partition. The sheets were FILTHY, but hskp made the bed tight as if there were no issue. The shuttered windows had the screen punched out and on the ground for a smoker. The room was a good size, and there is an ice machine down the hall. I was embarrassed to stay here with my wife for our anniversary. I will NOT be back.
