Not gonna lie, I was really bored watching the first few episodes, but after seeing your recap…I realize I may have to go and just finish this show. The reveal of Mando was pretty cool. I shall return to finish this recap.

I feel like it doesnt, the stakes of s02 were that he wanted whats best for his foundling. But they realized later that whats best for them is to be together, so now they know baby yoda is not a Jedi but a Mandalorian Foundling. The stakes for s03 is for mando to take over mandalor, because he wants to redeem himself on the sacret water and he is tecnically the one holding the right to govern mandalor. So basically the mandalorian quest now is to see if mando will evolve enough as a character to revitalize mandalor and so on as opposed to bounty hunt. I figure it will be similar to the boba fet series.

@@mgtogno yeah but the ending of season 2 implied that Mando will be alone in Season 3 and won't have Grogu, which is a very interesting idea, maybe he will start to become evil? Maybe he will have a new partner? There are alot of possibilities that can go down in Seaso----- The Book Of Boba Fett: Nope f all that, they are back together again, as if nothing happened Its like after the writers wrote the finale for season 2 they went like : Oh fuck, sales will definitely go down if Mando and Grogu are not together in Season 3, is there a way we can half ass it and basically erase the ending so that they are together in Season 3? I'm not that mad because it gave us the chance to see Ahsoka and Luke interracting, but still, its a very sudden and weird choice to immediately put Mando and Grogu back to square one, because it was such an emotional scene when Mando gave Grogu to Luke, where you think the story will be that they won't be able to meet each other again, but he gets him back anyways after like only a couple of months or something

I did not expect Grogu to choose Mando so I’m curious to see how that pans out.

Yeah and its also pretty annoying that everybody always survives. The marshall, the bikers, the wookie, nobody dies after getting ambushed by superior enemies 🙄

I don't think you missed much. I was lukewarm going into it, and it was honestly pretty meh. Not bad, mostly just inoffensive and bland. If you are following The Mandalorian, maybe go back and watch the middle two episodes with Darin and Grogu subplot. They were the best episodes in the season anyways.
