This is THE BOX, a base i created for the sole of satisfaction of living peacefully in the Commonwealth. This build has no mods installed, purely vanilla base, what do you think ? I know it's not the most amazing build, but i'm pretty proud of what i got here.

Nice bachelor pad but where're the crafting benches? And the ammunition factory? And the water farm? And the bar? And the impoverished workforce of settlers to do your bidding? And the robot workbench to create an unstoppable army of killing machines with which to cleanse the raider filth from the Commonwealth? And the slot machines? You know, the basics?

they are on the other side of the settlement, this area is only for me, the overseer. Plus i don't want to put too much stuff on my settlement, i really hate the fps drop.

@@nrg94 Thanks for the idea. I copied it recently 1. The space under the house is used for workshop, for crafting 2. Made a balcony with railing. Have a second story from the outside of balcony. Other side of second story, is roof access. Can enjoy the view ! You could make the balcony with stairs leading to the roof, around the back.

@@nrg94 I wish I knew how to record but I'm not tech savvy enough. I like the balcony on the side with stairs that lead to second floor though. To accommodate the stairs you need two floor pieces so I made a foor piece balcony
