@@Hinokami386 He didn't seem to act like it did. I was hoping immediately after he'd act like he couldn't hear out of that ear or his equilibrium would be messed up. I suppose we don't know if he's got any sort of advanced healing ability.

I think Solider Boy having other kids out there could set up Homelander’s twin. It would be interesting if he grew up in like a loving home, the total opposite of Homelander. It would be cool to see them kick off.

Not every season finale has to be grand in scale. Herogasm episode had more fight scenes than the finale. That's not a bad thing.

If you notice, the boys have their cell phone lights on and that's what gave Starlight the power to break down the door. That's why Butcher killed the power.

34:35 Soldier Boy didn't go back on his word on wishing to be a better father. Homelander is past the point of being raised and that's why Soldier Boy didn't treat him as a son. Soldier Boy stayed true to his deal with Butcher and believed what he told him about Homelander not really being his son. That aside, I do think there's a chance Soldier Boy may have an interest in raising Ryan or maybe even a child he had with someone else

I feel like it’s entirely possible that Ryan would’ve been “normalized” like Kiminko was, and been otherwise unaffected. Also, Homelander might’ve survived and likewise been normalized.

I did not get one guess right for season finale. Props to the writers for making the finale unpredictable and yet entertaining and things made sense in the end. I would guess that Grace can somehow harvest the V Eliminator blast from Soldier Boy and they will use this to make Homelander human. It will then be Homelander vs a sick Butcher battle.

Honestly was hyped about the boys s3 once Jensen was cast as SB I love Jensen and love supernatural, and wasn’t disappointed with his performance, I loved Maeve, and butcher and homelander was kinda a surprised. And Ryan sides with HL was a surprise and that smile at the end was honestly like father, like son moment, also I don’t think noir is dead, I think he’s alive much like SB probably put in cryo state

I think loving Homelander's villainous characterization is different than loving him as a character. He's clearly not someone to be admired, if it wasn't clear in season 1 this season hammered home how little he thinks of humanity that isn't suped up. It's not really just 'taste.'

Except the beaver is a projection of his own subconscious and brain damage. If HE thinks he will die then so will the beaver. Given his actions, there would be no case in which Noir would be going to heaven so that is a further example of his projection. While I personally doubt that he will be back, just having the beaver say he is dying isn't a great metric.

i think in s4 billy will become a permanent supe, and the season will end with him having to kill ryan… and that will be the final thing that just breaks his heart and destroys whatever good was left in it. then s5 will have butcher super dark and killing supes left and right, maybe even one of the boys… hughie will try and stop him and butcher will almost kill hughie but then stop when he realizes the monster he has become (the very thing he hates) and go take all the anger out on homelander, and they will kill each other! ):

When Ryan chose to plead with Homelander to leave, I felt he was saving Butcher and everyone else really in that moment. There was no other reason for Homelander to let anyone walk away from that room other than leaving with Ryan
