I don't agree that super intelligence doesn't help with combat ability. Think Sherlock Holmes. Hell, Hughie basically defeats Translucent, in the first episode, using his brain, and Hughie's not even super intelligent.

Black Noir II can fly

stormfront can’t necessarily take a laser from homelander. he has the ability to manipulate the temperature of his beams, which we know because he lasers a bottle to heat his milk up. i’m pretty sure that bottle didn’t have superhuman durability

Sages smart is OP whole thing with the boys is they outsmart the supes and they cant do that with someone smarter than them (the lobotomy isn't permeant she said in that same scene that her brain grows back)

A Train should be 4th only below Homelander, Solider Boy, and Maeve. We'll Solider Boy was payback not the 7 so he should be 3rd. If he trained in combat more then he could be above Maeve. I am glad you put Maeve over Stormfront though.

Imo in terms of power: these are not just the seven btw 16) Sister Sage (she is a top five most useful, but not in a direct fight) 15) Firecracker (she is nowhere near as strong or durable as Kimiko btw) 14) Supersonic 13) Translucent 12) Noir II 11) Super-Hughie 10) Deep 9) Lamplighter 8) Starlight (base, supercharge would be around ~5) 7) Shockwave, A-Train, Mr. Marathon 6) Kimiko 5) Super-Butcher 4) Stormfront (she is strong, but nowhere near HL) 3) Noir (Stormfront would be higher, but his combat ability is much better) 2) Maeve (she isn’t on par with Noir in terms of skill , but she deserves to be up here. Nor is her strength/durability on par with HL, he was holding back). 1) Solider Boy (pre and post nuke) 0) Homelander

Why would you put A-Train lower than Starlight? They already fought and he was able to dispose of her rather easily, and he even went out of his way not to kill her. But had the opportunity to, and could have done so if he chose. He's stronger than she is no question A-Train also went out of his way to grab Kimiko, when he could have just ran through her and killed her. He should be 4th on this list at least
