Elephant in the room is saints are about 4-5 guns short of being a contending side. Ratten is a good coach to have this group even close to the 8 in recent years. Another failed rebuild?

Ratten is not a good coach. A good coach would address issues and see them improve - to lloydy and cornes points, the same issues from weeks ago are repeatedly happening, so his message as a coach is not working. A good coach wouldn't let it happen again.

@@coachesbox3187 Can’t just be Ratten. He speaks that clearly there’s got to be problems coming from the higher-ups. How does a coach get his boys to dish out what they did to Geelong and then a couple weeks later completely cark it to Essendon? It doesn’t make sense to me

I would hate to have a coach who sets the tackle count as one of the team's KPI's. If the team is first to the ball, there's no need to tackle.

Look... in all honesty, I'm a long time Saints supporter / member... I wasn't that bullish on the current playing group being a finals bound side TY. We'll likely finish between 9-12 & really, that's where we are at as a footy club.

Not rattens fault the players looked disinterested and were second to the ball all night. I will say one thing they should stop this handball at all costs they are not skillful enough to do this on a regular basis.

U have gotten two coaches sacked so far. Looks like Ratten is the next target. I bet none of u have been to any training session to access if he can coach. By your comments Dimmer had better be sacked as North beat Richmond
