Wonderful heartwarming story! Even in war, there is still respect for humankind! My compliments to the writers, directors, producers... and the actors. A script well done by all!

yea. both sides did horrific things during the war. the allies were usually seen as heroes while the axis were seen as monsters. this film truly showed that not all people are bad after all.

@@einfacheva36 ok, in this short movie, everything’s is wrong, German uniforms are not good for Normandie, there is no NCO, no orders, no strategy, just romantism For the américan the uniforms are just crap, weapons too And the worst thing is that all is fictional, the story, the characters and combat. In the short movie wiking, the uniforms are the most well done I saw in a short movie, even better than soldat Ryan or fury The camouflage is great, jacket, equipment, all the weapons are real and blank fire The Soviet and waffen ss uniforms are so well done that the immersion is perfect And there is CO and NCO who command the 3 squad and give specific orders, and the scenario is not fictional everything really happens in 1944 in Poland. Everything is perfect

The cabin short movie is not a good representation of world war 2, wiking is the most authentic way to represent what world war 2 was.

@@axelblack7950 I agree with you as far as the equipment used is concerned and I also agree that the story is fictional, while the other one is much closer to real life. But in order for the film to be interesting, it needs a catching scenario that also gives you food for thought at the end. The Wiking was great, I admit that, but the scenario was not as interesting. And I know that was actually ww2, and not how movies show it, but a film needs something to keep its viewer on the edge of his seat. So, I'd say they used amazing equipment for the Wiking, but the scenario wasn't absorbing enough, while on this one happened exactly the opposite.
