The Cardfight!! Vanguard Iceberg Explained 

Alright, with a boom in views, I thought I'd mention this in a pinned comment: I've been collecting things to work on an eventual sequel to this video. Vanguard has a LOT going on, so there's so much to talk about that I couldn't cover in this video. Stay tuned, alright?

When you said "just check triggers" I thought you were gonna talk about a discontinued type of trigger type literally called the "check trigger" where if you reveal a check trigger during your drive check, you can reveal an additional card for hopefully a better trigger.

The mixing clans thing was already banned by the time Legion mate came out. The only clan that was allowed to do so was Royal Paladin which was allowed to run 10 shadow paladin cards. This old ruleset was originally made to support MLB but was abused by people playing PB Abyss in Thing Saver which is why it changed to only allowing Blaster Dark. Edit: I'm now realizing that it was more than 10 cards based on the deck list, but the point still stands.

Imo failing a "Final Turn" isn't as embarrassing if you actually managed to inflict the final damage even if it is a lucky heal

Do feel like nearly all of this stuff should be on the top two levels lol. Am a little sad that obscure stuff like the V Gear Chronicle Demo Deck and Valkyrion causing an unresolvable board state was included, but such is the way :p

This was a very well done iceburg while i feel some other notes could have been on it throughout cardfights history it was nice going through it again. Also my sibling played "The Wall" and its where my hatred of bermuda stems from

None of my friends or the people I talk to that played vanguard for years believe me when I mention that thing saver phantom blaster deck was a thing, even one who topped and is a judge. It's kind of satisfying seeing it mentioned here
