As a Bears fan, I can really sympathize with what Bryce is going through because it's not too dissimilar to what Fields faces his rookie year. Thank God for Poles being able to clean up Pace's mess that he left. Hope Carolina can find the right person who can do it for them.

I'd try and find a Coach/GM combo who are up and comers, then give them each 5 year contracts and let them do their jobs without interfering. Tepper keeps going for the quick fix and making things worse.

I feel so bad for Bryce Young right now. His whole Alabama career he was smiles and happy even after a loss he was genuinely humble. But Carolina is destroying him and it’s unfortunate.

Both my Broncos and the Panthers really fell off a cliff after Super Bowl 50. Everyone talks about the Broncos' downfall since then, which is justified because they've been trash since then, for sure. But not a lot of people talk about the Panthers' downfall since then all that much. They haven't been a whole lot better than us. I remember that they were a huge disappointment in 2016. But they went back to the playoffs in 2017, which is their only playoff appearance since then. And I remember they were looking like a playoff team in 2018 after a 6-2 start, but then the year just fell off of a cliff after getting spanked by the Steelers on a Thursday night. They lost their next 7 and didn't win again till the season finale against the Saint who had the 1 seed locked up. For the last 5 years, they have fired 3 head coaches mid-season. Ron Rivera in 2019, Matt Rhule in 2022, and Frank Reich in 2023. I feel bad for Panthers fans. It's got to be rough rooting for them.

1) I would send my scouts to the four corners of the EARTH to look up potential receivers that would make a solid fit with Bryce Young, or WHOMEVER the QB was going to be. 2) Take a closer look at the O line. Analyze the weaknesses and strengths of each one to determine where the weak links may be. Have a few free agents in place to be the Next Men Up 3) Get someone, a trainer a conditioning coach, ANYBODY who can boost the stamina of the team . Panthers fan here. Only way the panthers "fix" this situation is if Tepper somehow has to sell the team. Otherwise. I don't see any real way of this getting better. Tepper does not strike me as the kind of person that will self reflect and find himself accountable. He doesn't seem like the type of person that is willing to look in the mirror, take a step back and realize he IS the problem. He does not act like the type of person that will take the necessary steps to begin the process of this team building around Bryce without his input. In essence Teppers patience is non-existant and that will forever stifle any growth that may happen or will potentially happen. This is Tepper's ineptitude and hubris, he will hire nothing but yes me and will not keep anyone that will tell him like it is. He thinks he's smart enough to run an organization, football organization, much like his hedge fund. There might be truth in him being one of the smartest people in his business world to do that but in the NFL...nah partner. It's a whole different enchilada. This ain't easily turned around just like that. The only true way of the Panthers seeing better days will be if Tepper steps away from football operations and hires NFL people and LETS THEM COOK. It's the only way. So far his record shows he's not willing to do that and he thinks that throwing all the money in the world for the best of the best will magically turn this ship around. It will not. I've been a loyal Panthers fan for many years but what David Tepper has done with the team since 2018 is a huge disaster. I'm thinking about throwing everything from the Panthers in the trash and re-equipping myself with merch from the 49ers. McCaffrey is there. As a loyal panthers fan from the beginning when they used to play at Clemson in 1995 the only season I didn’t watch was the jimmy claussen year, and that’s mainly because I was in college. But I have watched every game this year and the fact that Bryce young has even done remotely the successful things his done is surprising, coupled with the facts that tepper said they wanted stroud, you have no weapons and your o-line is the 2nd maybe the 1st worst o-line in the league and it took him 16 games to throw a tablet on the ground. I’d say Bryce Young has dealt with the situation like a champion would but tepper needs to get the heck out of the football room and sit behind a desk where he belongs. If he actually knew anything about football he’d understand that Scott fitter needs to go and they need to higher a new gm and head coach tandem that will work together and let them cook, while he just sits somewhere else and watches from the suites he is in. The situation is so bad it’s 4/5 year rebuild and I’m sure Bryce Young will be gone after his rookie contract giving all the information he has about the organization now I’m sure he wouldn’t resign, the league can see he has talent. But in that 4/5 year span the new gm and head coach need to evaluate the scouts, Carolina since tepper has been there has made some truly terrible decisions, they need to be more thorough. The best thing the Panthers can do now is follow the "George Allen strategy." George Allen was a Hall of Fame coach famous for trading most of his draft picks for veterans in their mid-thirties. Guys like Adam Thielen who still had some good years left. The Allen teams weren't lightning quick but they were plenty savvy, and they had a winning record every season.

This is a 5 year rebuild. I'd say you try to get Jim Harbaugh, be very patient with him and assure him he'll keep the job as long as he wants it. I think it is a convenient excuse to blame the Offensive Line for Bryce Young's issues. His decision making when given time has not been good. Stroud has been methodical with his reads whether or not there is a clean pocket. Could Bryce improve? Sure, but as of right now Stroud has demonstrated he can play at the pro level at a level which is rather remarkable for a rookie whereas Young has played underwhelming thus far. Carolina is a dumpster fire of an organization which made the wrong pick in the draft because the owner bullied the coach at the time into picking the wrong QB.

The problem with Bryce is he doesn’t understand how to move the defense with his eyes while still maintaining his read from 1st to 2nd, third…in college most QBs who are athletic perform better by choice or force, when it’s only 1 read then 2nd read is to run/create…that’s hard to do in the NFL with faster defenders, he needs time to develop that, that’s what stroud is doing better, it’s a mental thing, whenever he tries to go through reads he speeds his own clock in his head, disrupting his process or he holds it too long and get sack

If I was a panthers fan I’d probably just stop watching football all together, maybe check out USFL to see some higher end talent than my old team had
