This is the first of many drum covers to come.
All my covers will have the drum parts transcribed by me, whether it be for a cover, original pieces or my own arrangements, I will usually post a transcription of the drum part for download from my mediafire account

I recorded the audio with my Zoom Q3, mixed it down in cubase.
The video was shot after with my Zoom Q3 and cut together in Sony Vegas 6.

@mrjoshhess Fair call dude, Thicker cymbals usually make rubbish crashes. My dreams are super light and super flexible. They can take a beating and flex away from too much damage, they work at super low volumes being so lightweight, but they way they're hammered makes them roar when you dig in a little, making them super versatile. Majorly reccomend them to anyone for any style of music

@hellozachwolf thanks man. It seems tiny, mostly because it is tiny ;) The kick drum is 18", the toms are 10" and 14". So it's a pretty compact little machine. I love it though

@mrjoshhess Awesome, the thing i love about the dreams is how they age. The sound matures as you play it. An 18" Crash/Ride would be what i'd aim for, but don't decide on that. Listen to a whole bunch, 18, 19" crashes, rides and crash rides. The sound you want will be there somewhere. Good luck!

@EliGreenDrums Yeah, I took your advice. I decided on an 18" Bliss Ride to accompany my 20". I also bought 13" Bliss hi-hats. Hopefully they'll sound great as well! Thanks so much, bro.

@mrjoshhess The ride on my right hand side is a 20" 1995gram Dream Bliss prototype ride. On the left is a 19" 1505gram Dream Bliss prototype ride. You can buy Dream Bliss cymbals online easily, some music stores in the states carry them. They're turkish blanks, hand made in china in the Wuhan factory modelled on vintage K's and Constantinoples. They're the most melodic and versatile cymbals I've ever used. Seriously, check them out. they're also super cheap ;D

@Spazun Thanks man, that's cool. It's not everyone's cup of tea, though i will say these guys don't really fall into that whole "scene". They're just a bunch of down to earth guys from Georgia having some fun. Anyway, thanks again :)

@EliGreenDrums I have some Meinl hi-hats. I love them. But I'm more concerned about my ride. It's too thick for the crashing to sound good. I just liked the sound of your cymbals.

@mrjoshhess Wow, totally jealous. My 20" Bliss has been turned into my jazz ride now, it developed a small crack which has been drilled and now houses a rivet for some extra sizzle, I replaced that with a 22" Paperthin Crash/Ride. It's a beast. It'll be in the next two videos which are being mixed at the moment, will be filmed very soon. I wish I had some extra money to buy some huge bliss hats thoughj, Ah well. Saving for a new kit ;) Hope you enjoy those pies :)
