Looks good, like the set up. If you clocked the intercooler 90° you could keep the plumbing under the hood with a 90 at the firewall, just a thought. Great tip for a bead roller!

What’s the best way to install the water pump. Mine is a Bosch cobra and came with a harness. I don’t like going direct to the battery. Can I use a fuse adapter and go to the fuse box? Do I need a relay? Thanks
I plan on wiring it through my relay board. You definitely want a fuse in your feed, but depending on the amp draw of your pump, you probably want to use a relay to save burning up your switch.
@@averagedadsgarage I’m not very experienced so forgive me. Relay board? Do you mean the fuse box in the engine bay that jade rises and relays? So from my understanding, the water pump will go to the harness, that will go to a relay, that will go to the fuse box and os either connected to a relay in the fuse box or a unused fuse port? My water pump is a 12v so I don’t think a fuse would be an issue. I could wire it just like I did my gauge or headlights since they are using 12v fuse ports with relays inbetween.
@@surslaughter3524 Everything electrical in your car runs off of a 12v system. But everything has a different amp draw. Headlights, starter, fuel pump, radiator fans all have a higher amp draw(anywhere from 15 to 30amp). I’m not sure how you plan on wiring your pump or how many amps it draws, but you can easily pick up a dedicated harness that comes right off the battery with your fuse and relay. A basic harness for an aftermarket radiator fan would do the trick.
@@averagedadsgarage perfect. I am not sure what amperage it is. I’ll find out and go from there. There isn’t a whole lot of room anymore on my engine bay, so I would like to mount it close to the fuse box since my turbo is also on the side of the car. Battery too. So it will be convenient.
