The Super Chief siren on the left is for sale. Contact B&M sirens in California. The one the right is my vintage 1954 version of the same siren still available today!! Enjoy! May 14th 2010.
Hey, Cad listening to this again, it seems your vintage version has a longer wind-up time, which sounds fantastic. To what do you attribute the difference?
@911caddy yeah the VPD Supervisor... Someone else has a video of a whack of VPD cars leaving the station code 3. And the last one to leave is the Supervisor and he flipped on the rumbler... The video is crappy but its still awsome.
I know Cedar Point the amusement park has a Super Chief siren they have it hooked up to an old 50's GMC suv that was either a white ambulance With a red trim on it at the start or they just painted it to look like an ambulance it's got one of these with a red flashing light anyways they have it hooked up to it and use it during holloweekends for the Eternity infirmary but it sounds very eerie like though. The ambulance looks cool though it's got a stretcher in it it's got markings on it that say stay back 200 ft and don't disturb the occupants or something like that and it's got metal bars on the back door windows on it I don't know if they just put it on there to make it look like a legit ambulance or it really was an ambulance but the thing is it doesn't look like it was a restored vehicle though the lights got clear tape covering the back of it because the top of it and the back of it are smashed a little bit the rims are a bit rusted and the bumper looks like a dark blue but it's also kinda rusted.
*Tries to crush it with 32 inch rims using 2 cars but ends up getting damaged* Those 2 cars: Sound of Video Try to run after the one that ruined the rims.
