Humber River at Old Mill > I like to start from Islington Station and "warm up" along Bloor. There's a Starbucks and a Running Room, just west of Royal York. It's also an eyeful to note the diversity between Bloor St and Old Mill. Being a "distance addict" I like to find my way to the Martin Goodman trail, where another scene takes place: Lake Ontario.
