Islamic State once occupied a Caliphate roughly equal in size to the United Kingdom, our correspondent Alex Crawford was there to witness its dying days.
As the terror group collapsed, allied forced were faced with the task of dealing with thousands of civilians, as well as IS fighters and their families.

This reporter goes around the world covering the most dangerous places, from Hong Kong riots to Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria interviews the most dangerous people. It's so sad that horrible situations like this is still taking place.

The naivete of some of the comments is breath-taking. It isn't about how "horrible" these people are, it's about the threat they pose to other people going about their daily lives. I hope none of those "British" prisoners are ever allowed back in to the UK. They deserve a long prison sentence for the death and mayhem they created.

I love this behind the scenes report... Some people hate the fact they aren't trashing all the families of Isis fighters... But Sky news is actually one of the least biased news outlet. It shows a human face to these "horrible" people. What's interesting is the human aspect of all these extremist groups even though some of them are lying...
