Have already launched one group coaching last year. I did everything as described, just failed on the group selection itself. I ended up with people who was too busy to really attend to live calls and for a small group of 6 people, it wasn't really as effective as I thought it will be. If you have 6 people and that you only have 3 people on each call, difficult to create those deep meaningful relationships
