Solid movie, I ate 2 pretzels with nacho cheese and the majority of a large popcorn. The theatre had Mr Pibb on tap, that was pretty crazy. The devil seems like it’s a cool fellow.
Don't know if this has been suggested before but I would LOVE a Paranormal Activity In Review with James and Elyse! The majority of those movies are actually pretty good imho. Loved this series so much
45:43. It's Nightmare on Elm St 4: The Dream Master. And it was Joey that got killed inside the waterbed when he saw a naked woman floating in there and it was Freddy.
While this is the least scary conjuring movie I thought it worked as mystery thriller. I also thought Annabelle comes home is the best goosebumps movie we’ve ever gotten. The COCU is actually doing a decent job of varying up these movies.
If the whole movie took place in a court room it would have been better than what we got. Lack of James Wan was this movie's down fall. I saw it in Dolby theatre but it didn't help.
Not as bad as the Nun maybe? But I got bored watching these last few films, and stopped watching this half way through. It's a shame, I really enjoyed the first 2.
this movie was pretty crap. no inventive scares and a little gross considering the real-life murder that is being played off as “oops it was actually a witch that made me do it lol srry”. directed by the same guy as la llorona so what do you expect
Literally just back from the cinema watching this and... it was mediocre. The story had so much potential, I thought it would be a horror with court room drama but it wasn’t. The concept behind it was ridiculous, even for a horror. There was x-men type shit (those who’ve seen it will know what I mean). No scares at all, and honestly some really cheesy dialogue. More so than I’m used to with this series. Just as I start watching this In Review I’d have to place it far below the two other mainline Conjurings (I prefer the second to be honest), and I’d also have it below the second and third Annabelle.
Wow, I’m really surprised that everyone liked it! I honestly thought on the journey home the agreement would be the same. Contorted people have been so overdone in movies, it’s even done like 5-6 time’s in this one alone!
This movie was okay. Tried to be a horror movie and murder mystery yet was subpar at both. The concept of the movie really could have been interesting, but the movie fell flat for me.
