This is so SO true about this "graduation" in Course study from trying to save the personal self, personality and be a "better person" TO finally realizing experientially to the core of our being that we are without a doubt NOT a body, but free in Spirit, in awareness. Its a hell of a journey and clearing out process, but the less serious we take ourselves, our beating ourselves up, our repeated criticizing of ourselves, the quicker we move through the ego's grips which depend on our seriousness.

Oh Yeah, this is a really good one. Thank You Keith for this wonderful training, when I get this, I get All, the way, the truth and the light ! 🙏💝🙏

As a kid my mum used to get mad at us due to her stressful job - classical example of ego projection, bless her. I remember perfectly, watching her with such empty mind and neutral feelings. It was partly because I could not understand what in the world could make her so angry, and that non-understanding put me in a position of witness and observer, I guess. Because I couldn't have any reaction to her, she used to calm immediately and apologise. Now, practising the course it helped me remember that experience, watching and not judging as though I don't understand anything! On the other hand I know exactly when my ego is at it, because it wants control and throw everything out of proportion, it wants drama big time. I feel that I spend most of my time in that state of awarness of the two sides, and now I can choose how to act. I know the body is the hero of the dream, and neutral, but still, it's a great instrument to chanel either the right mind or the ego, thus helping the mind experience a happy dream or hell meanwhile. Xx

As always just what I needed to hear today. I'm at the beach and my ego mind is going crazy. I'm going back to me and Jesus in the cinema. Todays lesson 201... I'm not a body I'm free.

Most of us are taught if we can see it, touch it, smell it or hear it, we can know it is real (with the exception of those of us seeing, hearing and smelling what is not shared or witnessed by "others." We are taught - that person is likely schizophrenic.) The person is not real, the perceptions are not real but that which is witnessing without judgement is real. My son and I used to study these metaphysical teachings together. I had a moment of clarity when he began to experience what is called psychosis. He seem to have had understood that I was not actually his mother nor he my son in reality but those were only apparent roles. Yet at around 30 years old, this understanding became confused. His mind told him that his apparent Mom was real, now replaced by an imposter. He has been homeless the past few years. I know this is a story. Even when he called me up one night and said, "So, you are not my mom?" I told him I played that role as he had played the role of my son. The communicatiin has broken down. I know the Holy spirit uses all the circumstances the ego makes for awakening. As hard and complicated as this circumstance may seem be, we are not different in our experience of illusions. The best I can do at this point has not changed. It is to not add to the fear. I can do this only with the knowledge that the Holy Spirit knows how to use all things for the awakening of the sleeping son of God. (Robin, using husband's RU-vid account)

The practice is the course that runs until there is no river so to speak.. Well presented and beautifully expressed thank you.. This is my first time hearing you and will not be the last.. Repetition remains a necessity year by year and hour by hour.. Peace

19:30 How to bring the darkness to the light... You must first join with the light and look at the darkness. We have to leave the battleground and go up where Jesus is.

"It's looking on devastation and reminding yourself that what you see is not real" When I think about this, it seems something completely impossible to do so I guess only miracles will do 😅

This is bit unclear in saying we have to go to Jesus ( the light) not Jesus come to us ( the dark) In that case I draw your attention to the picture of Christ knocking at the door with a lamp in his hand...In that picture he is coming to us which is in the dark, and not the other way around
