Couldn't agree more. I have tried buying golfs ect passats, but I always always miss the nova/ corsa I have had 6 novas and I'm on no 4 corsa b, I always go back to them... and always do the conversions... 14. Sr lumps to then 1.6, then corsa b redtops ect. I have settled on the small block xe with big cams mantzel inlet ect...There is no feeling better than shocking my pals in there financed cars. Fair play what a build.

Looks a solid build that, nice and smooth with the delivery and sound too. Have you blanked the recirc valve or is it just a loud one like forge or turbosmart?

Great channel lads, now first things first I’m a ford man. However up until separation as a family car we had a Chevrolet Captiva. This has the 2.2 vcdi engine ie a General Motors product used in Vauxhall, Saab etc . Liked the car and the performance was very good . New found respect for Vauxhall. As with the ford tie up with bloody vw though the psa takeover means theyre all platform sharers which i detest! The proper Vauxhalls are proper, like the old school fords and it’s a shame both makers are shadows of what they were in my era of 80s,90 and noughties. Love your channel , best wishes and I shall watch with great interest.

Love it im a Vauxhall head and this is definitely a trick Vauxhall missed out on… id love to see a zafira Gsi with a 2.8v6 turbo conversion out the vectra etc I’m a zafira Gsi guy as I got kids but I’ve owed all the Gsi’s to date over the last 25 years of driving my first car was the mk2 cav Gsi 2000 beautiful in white and from there my love of Vauxhall started

For some reason my vxr doesnt seem to make that flutter noise much if at all anymore, idk why. It used to do it pretty much everytime i changed gear at one point

There was actually only 444 of the Corsa Racing and 444 Astra Racings (888) Corsa are even numbers and Astra are odd 👍 Obviously not a dig, just good knowledge wise as actual rare! Excellent build ❤️

What a mint idea/car. I've driven literally got to be hundreds of corsa vxrs when I used to work for vauxhall (I bedded loads in on pdi's trust 😂) but with an astra vxr lump I'd imagine that to be a right laugh 💯👌

There wasn't 1000. There was 444 corsa and 444 astra made numbered in odd and even numbers. Of the corsa vxracing there now only 198 left taxed on the road.
