The description of what Yogiri truly is in both the manga and ln hit way harder than in the anime. It has that dreaded and shocking vibes to it. Now you know why fans called the series Eldritch horror in another world also I should probably address this, the reason why Yogiri didn't detect any killing intent from the goddess and despite becoming insane she didn't attack him is because, the goddess already know that if she target Yogiri it's over for her.

I actually love how Aoi said this scene on Manga and Light Novel Light Novel: It was a dead end. The inevitable destination of all fates, beyond which there was nothing. The end of all things in human form. An embodiment of nonexistence that would overcome all others, something that no one could ever hope to surpass. Before this thing the machinations of Fate were nothing more than a crude joke. It was impossible for such a thing to hold a personality, to act like an ordinary person. Manga: "THAT IS A DEAD END. The researcher guy that summond near the end of the episode died because of his thingy detected that 1 of the seal on Mc is unlocked So it triggers self destruct to that guy Because its way better to die like that than being killed by MC Because reincarnation,time travel etc wont work still dead if killed by MC

This show is pure comedy gold. I love how things keep getting progressively more absurd and everyone’s reactions as the world’s entire lore gets turned upside down because of Yogiri’s interference, intentional or unintentional. 😂

For me the best part about it is the fact that it make itself look like a standart isekai at first but after ep7 you undertand what the real shit is haha,it feel like it was in a disguise the whole time

When Aoi vomited after scanning Yogiri, my first thought was "Hello, Arche".

The way Aoi reacted to Yogiri reminded me of how the mage girl, Archie, in Overlord reacted to Ainz Ooal Gown removing his mana-stealth ring.

This is why us LN reader have been calling this guy THE brokenest character that ever existed and none can surpass him.

This has probably been favourite episode so far, but I’ve been loving this show so much more than I expected to. They somehow manage to still keep it entertaining even when the MC just quickly kills off every threat

Aoi got so afraid of Yogiri Takatou's existence that he made disappear the reality logic of groveling while stepping back into a back slide groveling 😂 Even more funnier that she went in the action 5sec earlier stating that her power gives her hero plot armor only to abandon all hope of defeating Yogiri.

He is Entropy, he is Death, he is the end of all things. He is the physical manifestation of the end of everything. How he even exists as an individual, even he doesn't know.

The pay off is real great this episode, I'm enjoying how its paced out the backstory so far because when it hits you that he is the END, you're pretty much like oh shit. And the titles are pretty well appropriate too.

It is very disappointing that they removed Aoi's power description. Since she can see the plot of the story, when she saw Yogiri she saw the end of the entire story itself which is why she went insane.

Many tidibits of info were cut from Aoi's analysis of Yogiri and her reaction to what he is had more impact in other media, she is scared, no, filled with dread, and she also says she can't see Yogiri's "end" because there is no end past him, he is the end, she also says that gods, plots, transcendents or fate are mere jokes before Yogiri, there is no winning against him, she feels as if her insides are being twisted around painfully, her vision is blurry, she wants to puke and it's taking everything she has to stay composed and every instinct she has is telling her to run away, her analysis also concludes that Vahanato, even in her crazed state, instinctively avoided antagonizing Yogiri because she knew it would be the end of her if she did.

I used to play a lot of old Rpgs that had a Chathulu vibe, the old gods, the Unnamed ones, the Primordials. To me thats what the main character feels like. There are Many Death Inducement abilities. Ones that say the target dies, and often there is a cause to that death. But what he does is not say Die and the person dies from something, he closes their book of life. The books that death has on ever person when they are born. the last page always says how they will die, or died in the case of most instant death abilities. However he just closes the book, the last page is never written like the author of that book died.

The Goddess intentionally didn't attacked Yogiri and his harem because she knows how dangerous he is.

I'm not sure if the Anime will describe this aspect of how his ability works but you'll have pity for that dog man he killed the eyes early in the Anime. He suffered a fate worse then death because of how he kills people. People don't just die. They cease to exist. They don't get an afterlife...It's why even the ghost character sidekick girl is scared of him. (lol can't be bothered to remember her name at the moment. :P ) So applying that logic to that dog character that means even if he gets an afterlife or reincarnates...HE WILL FOREVER BE BLIND! And it's even worse in the source material! The anime just shows him killing his eyes, but in the manga he kills his eyes, ears, nose, and maybe his sense of touch. That part I'm not sure on. But hot damn that dude will forever be suffering even in any afterlife or recincarnation he gets! You get a hint of this when the vampire girl fails to fix his eyes from healing and turning him into a vampire. Anyone dying a normal death will be mercy compared to dying by this dude... :P

Normally I would wait until the series is completed to watch it, but this has literally been made to the point where I not gonna wait for it. Cause this series been keeping me on the edge of my seat with these ep.

This really was such a crazy episode and fun ride. Like the barrier around the dark god is about to break. As the tower get destroyed by some god like beings. And none of the champions stand a chance at first as they get one shooted. Including discount Naruto who used his shadow clones to try and get a hit in. Then our gacha guy used up all of his gacha stones and did summon his goddess. But she was always working against the sword master. As she was the lover to the dark god. So as her previous tactics did not work she decided to attack the tower. By giving help to the most unlucky guy ever. We saw just how bad he felt knowing that his unluckiness would kill off humanity. That was such a funny scene. But while the main plot was happening our boy and girl went on the side quest. While everyone else struggle for their survival. But then after the barrier was fully gone the dark god. He just drop down into river below and just float off lifeless. And everyone is so shocked with the sword master getting killed and the goddess getting insane. So Yogiri just kills the demons and one of the bosses. But just leaves the goddess alone as she is not hostile against him yet. Despite how she is attacking his traveling comrades for the last two episodes. Also it was so interesting to see Aoi’s reaction to Yogiri. As she was seen as pretty powerful last episode, dealing with powerful foes. But here after just was look at Yogiri she falls ill and starts puking even. So revealed herself to be very smart as she 180 on her mission. And just tells Yogiri that she was here to give back the perverted piggy from episode one. Before crawling away as fast as she can. This is easily the funnest episode I have seen this episode🤣

I love that that arrogant little sage at the end is more and more understanding how deeply and massively she has f*cked up summoning Yogiri, also i hope that that Aoi girl comes back later to explain Yogiri's powers to people so they know not to f*ck with him.

Legit, Yogiri is Final Destination: The Dude. And the endings of his... victims are as hilarious as those of a good ol' Final Destination movie. As Aoi (smartest anime character of The Season) discovered: Error! Error! DO NOT TOUCH!! DON'T provoke him. Just don't. Otherwise, he is one nice and fun character. Cultured too. And now, on to the next leg of the journey. What will Yogiri kill now? Because he's already offed a Demon Lord. The Goddess doesn't count, but I'm sure there will be others. So place your bets! The scientist blew up because he triggered a failsafe that his phone was warning him about. That is why he started freaking out. It is the teacher at the facility that taught him "humanity". She taught him to be "human" and to care about others. But, his seals are set in a way that if someone has a thought to hurt him or someone he cares about, they instantly drop and protect him or that other person without his direct input. He will know the seal dropped, but might not immediately know the cause.

They cut out th dialogue from the anime but the gods of this world are ridiculously op. As in each of them can created multiverses and shit. Each god knew of yogiris true form but everytime they would think of it theyd lose their omnipotency. Thats how op his true form is. Thinking about it would literally fuck up the gods of this world. To counter this the gods wiped every memory of yogiris true form from their minds. The goddess didnt attack yogiri because eventhough she doesnt remember yogiris true form her body still has an instinctual fear towards it which is why she didnt try to attack him.

This episode was way wild. Demon.. dead before the episode. Goddess... killed with plenty timento spare by a random dude. Badass blue hair chick. Cowtowed and Noped the hell out.

Now we can safely say that Yogiri is the Incarnation of the End, no entity, not even gods can kill him 🤯 This show is the most pleasant surprise I had experienced for an Isekai since many years 😎 I hope from the bottom of my heart that it will get a full Anime adaptation 🙏🏻

We All Die Someday:Yogiri is this personified. Whether you are human or god, mortal or immortal, living or non-living, all things have an end in some fashion, and Yogiri's power is to inflict it right then and there. The only thing he's unsure could actually die is himself, and that's because he's not keen on finding out if it'd work or how much the world would change without the concept of death.

That goddess too didn’t try to mess with yogiri. She went insane shooting everything but in the ln Aoi explained how, even when she went mad, she knew not to attack Yogiri because she instinctively knew that if she did, she’s done for. My guy put instinctual prey/predator type fear on a God💀

Really hope this gets more seasons and finishes, it's somewhat likely. I think, but I'm not sure. I hope it fully adapts the ln, or whatever it is adapting. It's very good, but not known well. Hell, some anime that are barely known got more seasons

I reckon if there is some character in this other world who can copy or take others powers and abilities and use them himself would probably either try that trick on Yogiri and successfully take the instant death but gets obliterated by the presence of End or most likely see like Aoi girl that Yogiri is the End of all things and srlf-destruct

The reason the scientists head exploded isnt becaause yogiri hated him or something. So far that ik of its because.... think of it like the first suicide squad movie except in this case if they know information about yogiri has been leaked then the device implanted in them self destructs

This episode turned out to be quite eventful and for me it felt like it was a season ending kind of episode. I'm very surprised that Aoi didn't die, but she was smart enough to follow the information she gathered and avoided certain death. Calling Yogiri the End of All is quite fitting after everything he has done so far. I'm curious about Sion powers as apparently she is the highest ranking sage among everyone including gods.

This is why no character can beat him. He is the end, period. I also recommend you all to read the lyrics of the Opening and Ending. Some people already subbed the full versions cause they aling themselves well with the feelings you get about Yogiri.

Really good episode imho... I think it was kind of surprising that this goddess wanted humanity gone and was herself ended in this episode, and it wasn't even Yogiri who ended her.

I can't be sure that scientist was happy about MC being in another world so much as being happy he was found. Probably reading too much into it, but Lain's main body in another dimension died (it made sense to me that her reincarnation didn't die too since the death logic would kinda dictate the end of everything). So it's not like MC is incapable of ending something in a different world. Maybe it's tied to these "gates". Edit: nvm, the scientist was too surprised about parallel worlds for that to be the case, even though the underground facility they had him in at some point looked like it could be some pocket dimension or something.

Indeed, the anime is quite a fun watch... The scene with Aoi reminded me of Overlord, when Ainz took off his ring in the Colosseum.. I actually waited for the rainbow liquid on the screen to appear, but it happened off-screen in the end.. Curious to see what comes up next and when Dannoura finally gets actively involved in battle (the opening scene is quite a tease).

I'm not gonna lie... When I saw our boy wallmart Subaru get betrayed by the godess, I was done. I was absolutely done because it was hilarious and a well executed plot twist that I didn't see coming. She was getting all giddy seeing everything fall into her lap with the tower master being dead and the guy that had an ability to kill her dying as well. She was on her high horse and it was all undone because Yogiri accidentally killed her darling which was the dark lord. Funny how things work eh 🤣 She went absolutely crazy afterwards and the pawns were like Oh no quickly get some human sacrfices so we can ressurect him and Yogiri wasn't having any of it. The definition that he is THE END is absolutely insane. There is nothing beyond him so does that mean if you die by his hands (or words) you're reduced to nothing like there is nothing after him. Aoi is the smartest character we have seen thus far. She analysed him, showed how broken he was. She absolutely shat herself and ran off as quickly as she could. She disappeared from the radar completely. Can't say I blame her... Yogiri is broken asf... I think he should be put in a category of his own. UNDENIABLY BROKEN BEYOND COMPREHENSION is his new category and whoever thinks their character can beat him is a fool. He should honestly be banned from any comparisons of characters because it's just unfair at that point lol. The scientist the Sage summoned was thanking her for taking him off their hands because he could easily wipe out the entire planet on his own if he wanted to. "Thank you for taking him off our hands." He said as he laughed manically before the seal had been lifted and his head popped like a baloon. If that doesn't scare that Sage... I don't know what will... She needs to send him back as quick as she can before it ruins her world and everything in it although he doesn't really care about anything. He is speed running through seasons worth of plot points and gimmicks in a short period of time that it makes this anime an absolute gem. I hope we get a S2. It may not have the falshiest animation or a deep narrative but what it does have is 10/10 entertainment and a broken character who you'd want to find out more about and how he deals with the obstacles that come before him. They skipped one part of the manga that I was really looking forward to. When that girl gets her arm turned into a cookie, she becomes unable to heal it because it fundamentally changed into a cookie, so the healing magic doesn't recognize it as something that can be healed

I mean at this point, their no reason to try to figure out what the MC is. Instead of ripping you mind apart trying to do that, just put it down as simply as possible. Cause no horror or monster like entity is scarier than that, anything else is just a joke.
