If you don't like the royal family, their rituals etc... why watch the series? considering that the creator is an admirer of royalty and has already explored the institution in other work

No I haven't and I don't intend to, I remember the true facts very well, also all the drama and scandals that happened I am at a age where I can separate fact from the fiction the Crown portrays.
