I think ALL women should carry but it needs to be LEGAL and the person needs to be RESPONSIBLE. Unfortunately there are women out there who get upset and jealous and end up shooting the men they're involved with or the other woman. You can't be a hothead. It's easy to get a gun illegally but its better if you get one legally. I don't have a gun. For years I haven't attempted to get one because for one thing I wouldn't want it used against me, I wouldn't want my kids to have access to it and I had a bad temper. It wasn't short but it was bad. Back in the day my bad temper and gun ownership would've been disastrous. Now that my kids are adults and I've learned how to remain calm, I'm definitely considering it. But right now I have more important things to concern myself with. I can be hyperviligant so I don't worry too much because my safety is important. I have people I have to take care of.
Those guys are creeps & completely in the wrong 🤮😖 The aggressors are always the problem. But GIRL you gotta stop being so friendly as soon as they start their mess!
@@jem2886 originally stalker + fan = stan, more recently it is used as a noun or verb to mean a dedicated fan. So you can be a stan or you can stan someone or something you follow “religiously”/consistently.
Nah I’ve seen clips of black women being treated like animals in different countries 😭 people coming up to you, touching your hair, and taking pictures and videos of you. Shits crazy
@@leilanirose3274 I said it because that’s how they treat us. They pet our hair. Take pictures of us like we are animals in a zoo that they never seen before. I intentionally said animal because that’s how it would make me feel like if people did all of those things to me. And property to me feels like they want to own us. I don’t think they want to own us, they want to look and touch us like they would do an animal.
20:00 if youre a woman they might actually approach you bcs they have this perception that black women are easy and they say shit like “oh im open minded” like gtfo
@@tonta3983 well you have to look at it from their view look at there K-pop shows pda is not big and compared to America they are pg, so technically Americans are easier. Can’t go to a different country and get mad when the country you come from portrays itself a certain way
@@afrosamurai8755 so everyone in America should be ok w being sexually harassed bc of what is portrayed in the media? Are you trying to excuse your own predatory behavior?
I have to say what’s most striking about that third girl in Japan (first at the beach and then the city) is how she almost tries to not be rude back the entire time these men are harassing and assaulting her. I realize she is on live and doesn’t want to come across as rude but if ever in your life it’s warranted, it’s then. Like girl we’d forgive you. Lol I just hate thinking how so many women and girls just try to deflect with nervous laughter and polite smiles while they’re literally being preyed upon; as to not offend and escalate the men harassing them. It’s sad.
As a woman, I actually think it's more of a fear that if you're rude or insult them...they can hurt you if offended. There are a lot of psychotic crazy people in this world. And there is a fear that being slightly rude, even if it's to stand up for ourselves, can make them snap and double down. Some people like the reaction and it fuels them even more. "smile and be nice, and maybe they'll go away" or "be friendly and blend in to decrease the differences" is not an uncommon reaction. Laced with the culture of growing up to be more "soft, feminine, and submissive, a GOOD and civil/peaceful civilian that doesn't draw attention or stand out" for a lot of Asian women, it can get complex.
@@Liz_Nguyenthat's the worst about this situation. We can't tell if the guy will take the rejection well or not so we "have to" be nice cause they could do something really bad to us or themselves
If you’re interested in going to japan i recommend a channel called “sundai love”. She mainly does vlogs but she made a few videos about being black and a woman in japan.
Oh I was just about to mention her. Dee was talking about black=dangerous thanks to media but ppl still be wilin fr. Sundai says she's been stalked a few times and I've heard similar from other black women. Sometimes they think coz we're black we're easy or some other weird ish + there's the fetish thing 😩
R is very big in Japan I hear soo many stories! The saddest one I think I remember vaguely is girl was group R and the court and police did no justice and the girl committed Su
@@vibez.no.cartel yeah, men are a scourge, and need to be purged unfortunately, I sometimes hate myself for being born a man when i see the things that other men do, and for being black when i see what other black people do
I have noticed Japan is featured a lot in those comps of basically women getting harassed and a camera doesn’t do anything to persuade the, to not do so so the girls often pretend to be with someone. Is it common for Japanese men to be more…touchy-feely.
@@andrerusso312 I mean there’s always weirdos in every country. In the subways in Japan, they pack in people when it gets really crowded, you can see photos and videos of that- so it looks really easy to grope a girl unnoticed in those situations (since it’s not usually normal to shove every person into a subway cart)
I heard that it happens way more towards foreigners, which makes sense usually tourist and foreigners are more vulnerable in a country especially women traveling alone. They have this fantasy or idea abt foreigners being easy or more likely to have casual sex. Btw I’m not saying it doesn’t happen to girls that live in Japan, but in jasmine’s case I really do think those men in particular have that in mind.
Honestly if a random woman came up to me trying to be my friend. I'd either think she's trying to pickpocket me or just trying to be my friend. Not that she's being followed by somebody.
well same but recently this a pretty common thing girls found thru social media and started doing and IT HELPS!!! i live in nyc and it happened to me alot with girls. although i am a guy so that confused me a bit but i think its cus i look pretty visibly gay.
I personally had some stalkers , but people took it funny and let her slide cause she was a girl , her excuse was " she was curious " but overhearing everything in my house , locking my fence , telling kids to play on my roof , double standard
I agree. People like to laugh things off like "That bitch is just crazy". But people use that language so often, when someone is actually a threat, it doesn't get taken seriously. I'm so sorry that happened to you.
@@j-hizzy thanks man , i never mind a girl attention , but how she overhearing everything when im home or when i have guests just so anoyying , she locked my fence midnight so i cant go out
@@wasabiicatt i dont wanna call her crazy , people got their own flaws and reasons for doing something , but she needs to know , what she been doing is wrong , wich i implied a few times to her , but she acted like what shes doing is normal and again because shes a girl nobody took it seriously , but i felt anxious everytime i bring a guests to my house 🥲🥲
@@j-hizzy i seriously wanna thank you , for understanding my situation , it means a lot to me , its been so uncomfortable for me and my guests , so thanks
Its the nervous laughter that these creeps be taking advantage of. They know the women are uncomfortable but because of the cultural upbringing of some of these women, saying WTF GTFOH isnt a first reaction and they politely say no thank you while laughing, its unfortunate.
The third girl I felt so bad for. At no point would I have been nice to those guys regardless if I was streaming. It was not alright! It is ok to stand up for yourself and if people have a problem with it, oh well. I feel though, since people were actually noticing how creepy those guys where they wouldn't have cared if she was rude to those guys.
Love your take on guns . I might be wrong but I think you mentioned being from somewhere in LA and I was born and raised out of South Central LA and left the first moment I was able to. I 100% believe that being able to protect yourself is a right and growing up in the environment that I was brought up in made me hold on to the belief that guns are necessary to protect yourself and family in or out of your home.
I agree with you on guns, but the main challenge for me is the fact that a lot of people are not good at de-escalating a situation. There needs to be thorough training, and frankly I think we need the same for driving.
I definitely do think it's a benefit being black in a lot of these foreign countries because in you're already looked at as an "other" that ppl try to avoid, so that kinda keeps you safe lol.
This video was horrifying. This is out of control, a national issue that needs to be addressed. Why are men behaving like this, and why are they acting so entitled. If they can’t go learn some social skills, and get psychological help maybe they need some kind of pill since they can’t control themselves. They need to stop thinking because they are born with a penis you’re entitled to a woman’s body. I know all guys aren’t like this, believe me I know, but why are there so many behaving like lunatics? To all the real good guys, we are thankful.
No, women that use their bodies to earn a living don’t deserve to be staked or harassed but it does make them a target. Similar to a random person walking in a bad neighborhood flashing stacks of cash or valuable jewelry, they may not deserve to be robbed but it’s not in your best interest to do that if you don’t want to be robbed. Risks come with certain actions, deserved or not reality is cruel at times so sometimes you have to take certain precautions to protect yourself from potential dangers. Similar to how D mentioned the safeguards she employs even though she would like to own property. If you have the attitude of entitlement without considering the irrational/ unreasonable people out there in the world you’re increasingly the likely hood of becoming a victim of unfortunate circumstances. That being said, predators like those stalkers should be “put down” is my immediate reaction but to be a bit more reasonable I’d recommend getting a large dog that can be trained to protect these girls that don’t have the security of someone else to defend them. Let a dog chew him up for a bit, then he can spend time in jail…I’d feel better about that conclusion if this was happening to my daughter. Those streamers walking around alone could still do that with a dog by their side.
This isn’t a female twitch issue it’s a internet issue , speed got arrested like two months ago because of his stalkers not to mention swatting of countless other streamers .Now the irl situations are different because it’s kinda random like the girl at the beach but being a internet influencer having stalkers has been a issue for a while. Bad people have a loophole to be vile and the law does nothing usually until it’s too late.
Bro I had a cyberstalker and I don’t even have 1k followers. It literally happens to anyone. You just have people who just don’t have the wires right or something. At the time it happened, I was genuinely concerned that it would turn into a real life problem, that I’d have to go through getting a restraining order or something. It was escalating that badly.
I dont think the Japanese are particularly disrespectful to women. Those two were just creeps, as is common in all countries. Some creeps find you in alleys, others on beaches
Those *5 or 6, yes it is common in all countries but in Japan there is an entire culture based around weirdos who stalk or perverts. Ex. Train Perverts, P*dos, etc.
Bruh Japan has a HUGE sexual assault issue. The fact that they had to make a whole train cab for women only to prevent it only makes it all the more clear how bad it is.
The fact that one streamer was saying please and trying to de-escalate the situation!! You broke into my house and are now outnumbered - no further discussion. You're either getting tf or getting jumped
I’m working on streaming on twitch more, but me and my husband worry about either my past stalkers coming back or getting a new one I’ve had 4 different stalkers in 6 years🥴
I was told because I’m nice to people when I first meet you may have been why I’ve gotten stalkers that and apparently I have a baby face which according to my stalkers is super cute… MIND YOU I find myself personally average looking I don’t think I’m ugly but I don’t think I’m cute so when somebody says that I honestly don’t believe it. I mean there’s nothing wrong being average im cool with it
Bruh that 2nd one like i would never say anyone made themselves a victim but Girl you DO NOT have to smile at these creeps tf🧏🏾♀️mean mug they stupid ahh
The First Two Stories Seemed A Little Fake, But The Rest; Especially That Girl Who Was Harassed Three Times Definitely Seemed Real. All I Have To Say Is That I Hope All Of These Girls Are Doing Well And That These Freaks All Get What They Deserve, Whichever Way That Is.
Bro really mentioned did almost no male streamers (was gonna ignore it) but then he actually mentioned not being a white knight. Heavy "pick me" energy. Especially with the "girls are just so pretty" like cmon my man 💀
in terms of the hot tub thing. Yeah they dont have the right to your body because of that sure. But for what reason are you streaming yourself in a bikini in a hot tub tub. Shes knows there is something being that choice. If you go to a place with a high crime rate, Those people arent correct to kill you but why are you increasing the risk by going there in the first place. If you know there is a risk why put yourself in that situation after all the creppy stuff that was happening why keep streaming or at least the method of streaming. All im saying.
