Welcome to the Bakker fandom. I read all seven books last year and....wow...he is the greatest living writer in my opinion and far too underapreciated. I really enjoyed your analysis, Cheers.

Truth shines

My favorite author of all time. A pleasant rarity you will discover is that there are no dead end plotlines that emerge later in the series, even across all seven books. Like his characters, his extremely detailed world and how all the interests and factions fit together were exquisitely crafted. I've never thought about the implications of a story so long after reading it. It just sticks with you, and after several rereads I have only gained a greater appreciation for just how good it is.

Excellent video. Welcome the incredible, rich world of the Second Apocalypse. I hope you read the next ones too. You have no idea of the epicness and tribulations that follow. Bakker is such a skillful writer with such a powerful prose. Cnaiur he is the worst person I have rooted so strongly and thats all because how compelling is Bakker's writing

I've read first trilogy and it's amazing!

Prepare to be disappointed... By every other series our there 😅once you finish this most other fantasy novels will feel lifeless and boring... At least that's what happened to me lol
