In 1998 The Decline Of Western Civilization Part III hit a few select theaters, but was never released on home video until now. With fleeting moments of hilarity and youthful exuberance, at its core it is a disturbing social commentary about kids who have left home due to abuse, neglect, and alienation. Part III features performances by Final Conflict, Litmus Green, Naked Aggression and The Resistance. The film is now available on DVD and Blu-ray as part of The Decline of Western Civilization Collection box set, and features a new 2K digital restoration.

I stayed at a guy's apartment a long time ago with the same hair/name and his women was named Gussard I think she had 5 hawks They lived in Spokane for a bit drank with him and such back when I used to party and not always have a home. But I think he said was from LA. Look just like the guy in the video. He was short as hell. Good guy though. LOL I'm kind of freaked seeing him in this video if that really is him.

Part 3 is the only one of the Decline trilogy that I have issues with. 25-30% of these kids feel like they’re trying to be “edgily”or “broken”. When in reality, they have a loving family & home. There are the obvious ones that were/are in real pain & had no home or family. But then there’s that guy laughing about living in his flith and loving; it just feels forced. I don’t know......

That dude going on about that stayed like that his whole life. About the only one of these kids that was still around in the 2000s which is kind of fucked up if you think about it. Eyeball and that lot are still round though.

See the difference Between the first two is no one even mentioned there parents...watch this movie you hear it a few times it's my parents fault witch is so unpunk its not even funny...See I was a punk from shepherds bush in 77-80ish there was no work(future)no food ,no heat a garbage strike no shoes on your feet there was a feeling of doom in the air .....What's a bunch of kids from L.A got to do with it see punk is attitude not a fashion.

Ahhh these young so called punks.all about the look at me uniform...went to a punk rock bowling a couple of years ago and this kid in his punk rock uniform and Mohawk was being led on a dog leash barking at non uniformed people being really punk all of a sudden his iPhone rang he stopped barking because mommy was on the phone checking in.it was hilarious is convertaion went "yeah mom I ate,okay love you,bye" then preceeded to barking at non uniformed people. I did pay one penny for tickets or hotels but found out it was very expensive....so punk!

Wait. So the first one was about punk, the second about hair metal, and the third about gutter punk? What the shit. If this isn't proof punk music is dead, then I don't know what is. Seems to me white hip hop or at least nu metal would have been the next logical step in 98. After all, Eminem and Kid Rock were just starting to break at this time, and Korn/Limp Bizkit were still relatively fresh. Instead we get a documentary about a few kids choosing to live on the streets on their own.
