My gosh! That poor gal! To see how deep that was was amazing! It's actually quite amazing that the cow's body's healing process seems to hinder the actual healing at times. If hoof trimmers weren't around & the cows were roaming wild, would that hoof horn have actually grown out & shed off to reveal a healed corium?

It is amazing - you'd think that hacking away so much hoof would make things worse, but it makes things so much better!

I love this! The Twelve Days of Christmas! Good for a heart that’s been acting up wit arrhythmias recently. They tried to cardiovert me Wednesday, (the day before Thanksgiving) by shocking me…twice but didn’t work. Then, miracle of miracles, I converted myself later that afternoon. It’s been a bit of a tough ride but we’ll get it straightened out if we haven’t already. Keep the trimming coming guys! Thanks for sharing your work taking care of cows!
