Blueberries.... so grateful. I fear for my brain health due to trauma, insomnia... gaslighting more wrong doing instead of apologies accountability. I went for a brisk walk that helped I just ate a lot of blueberries the hardest part is sleeping I tried a little bit of meditation... Thanks and gratitude gives me hope

I've lost mother and husband to dementia. It is horrible. I would not wish this on my worst enemy. We need to do everything we can to prevent it. For me, Whole Food Plant Based - Eat the Rainbow! Great topic and info!
Spinach, chickpeas, capsicum, berries, oranges, mandarines, grapefruit, green tea, hibiscus tea, kale, broccoli, coffee, cocoa, lemons, limes, red onions, wild salmon, walnuts, carrots, Okinawa sweet potatoes, apples and celery. I eat all of these, and I teach my son to eat them.
