Hi, what are the factory values for the compression? I have measured 311 psi but struggling to find the reference value.

Maximum compression: 420-507 psi Minimum compression: 261 psi Permissible Difference between Cylinders: +- 44 psi Values above are for the 2.7L CDI Engine.

Hello i have a 2006 dodge sprinter 3500 I changed the egr,turbo,made a full maintenance service,injector seals washers and bolts and still black smoking lot but don't over heat or anything also oil pressure light come on some times any suggestions

We don't have an oil pressure light. If it looks like an oil-lamp/home for magic genie, that is your oil level alarm. Black smoke is usually boost related in our vans, cracked turbo resonator or hose, hole in intercooler or failing turbo. All these should produce OBD codes and engine light on dash.

We have some footage but we didn't really know what we were doing. Learning is a process we continue every day. Hopefully it will be a while before we need to go that deep into the textbooks again.

What did u do to prevent fuel from coming out the lines?

We clamped the fuel line, but the '02 doesn't have an electric fuel pump, so not much would flow regardless. In an '04-'06 we would take the fuel pump relay out. It is the easy to reach yellow one under the driver seat.
