Even though there are invisible walls, I’m fascinated by the distance the rocket launcher goes and the light reflection. This game has been dominating my time and I love it.
Which is oddly innacurate for the RPG-7 (which seems to be the Mainstay OHK BOW killer of the RE universe post Racoon city) as those rockets self destruct if they exceed 750m of flight. But really these devs have only such tricks to be called good/amazing..... The rest of the remakes.... Ehhhhhh
Villager: Is that Leon? Villager 2: Yeah. Villager: Did he get the infinite launcher? Villager 2: Yeah. Villager: Hm. Alright, well, I'm going on break. Take my place.
I remember in MGS3 where I was jokingly thinking I could kill End before his boss fight. So during some cutscene after End was introduced I just sniped End from a distance and killed him. I thought "that can't be true right", then during what was supposed to be End's boss fight he was replaced by soldiers instead because he was dead lol. I also found out later you could kill him by adjusting the system clock on your ps2 during the boss fight, so he would die of old age. I was very impressed because the devs really just let players have fun and do what they want.
LOL, what, there's no way that's real, it's bad enough there's shit like Psycho Mantis, now Metal Gear games have stuff like this in it? XD Dude, that is too crazy, I wonder if there's videos on that here anywhere. :p
@@indigowendigo8165I rembwr doing this as well. Snake even gives a call and discusses the End's life on the battlefield in a reflective way if you do the clock trick.
The clock adjustment thing is meant for cases where the player might not touch the game for some days, so let's say you went on vacation, when came back you would find that he died waiting for you
You are wrong brother an RPG does not detonate by itself it has a device on the tip that makes it detonate. What if it has a maximum distance to go once it ends it falls to the ground and maybe explodes.
The game just does that to get some better cinematic angles while not making the devs have to change the entire level design. I don’t mind it, plus the camera angles do look much better that way. Cool wide shots.
I love the ratchet and clank music, really bringing back memories of getting home from school and booting up my ps2 to play some ratchet and clank. Man now I’m gonna have play through the series again!
I wish they had thought up of different ways it could end. I remember in MGS3, you can just shoot The End at the beginning when he doesn't see you and he would die and the boss battle doesn't happen when you finally get to that part towards the end. I also remember you can skip a bunch of shit too if you really wanted, including the boss battles lol. I remember in Shenmue 2, if you don't catch up with the kid, you wont even end up getting to the docks where you have to fight the dudes for your money back. The story just keeps progressing. I also remember there being so many natural progressions. Even in failure, the story keeps going and you would just have to go without it. Like money lol or certain attack moves. Which would make certain boss battles in game harder but you can literally just do the 1-2 punch and win if you're slick enough lol
@@daoyang223 Also, if you save your game during the fight, wait one year(or fast forward the clock), the next time you reload the save and go to the end, he dies from old age waiting and a special cut-scene appears about how Snake feels bad since the old man waited so long to fight him: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wy2cwRK_yQU.html Edit: It was a week you have to wait, not a year, lol Also some people say you can kill his parrot and you will see a ghost parrot in that cut-scene, but I don't see any videos proving this.
@@SI0AX you don't have to do that. You can shoot him in the beginning of the game. He appears for a second and you can shoot him with a sniper. Later there won't even be a boss battle prompt
@@daoyang223 Oh, yeah, that was another detail I forgot about. There are a few details in this game that are pretty cool. Edit: You can wait 3 days instead of a week and get ambushed when waking from a nap: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-S_MMSJYNC94.html There is also another one, that if you stay in the same spot, The End ambushes from behind to one shot you. But I have to find a video example.
suprrised to see the launcher went that far. The only thing that can stop him is indestructible assets and invisible walls. Other than that, that thing is unstoppable
It's that the Novalis theme from og Ratchet & Clank? Fitting since I spend some time shooting the rocket launcher to hit those jet fighters for the skill point.
@@XZeroOneArmour My guess is they teleport the camera to a better angle that shows the scene better than looking from Leon's actual spot, and shooting the rockets exposes their little trick.
Or instead of trying to kill Ashley, put her in the armor and shoot the rocket directly at her, killing all the cultists currently keeping her hostage and boom Ashley's free mission accomplished (sorta)
I'm just sitting here wondering why the rockets seem to come from the side even though he's looking through the binoculars from the same spot he fired the them?
