The Division 2 Review final part - Is it Worthabuy? 

FYI the reason I did not mention the Ai is because I covered it in the first part and I saw nothing different in end game, they still rush you, seek cover and overwhelm you with numbers.

Finally I've been waiting for this part for a few days, glad your back on your feet.

Before reaching WT4 and 450 gear score you don't really have to worry about which stats you're using, you just want to use the highest gear score you can as it works like a level, for example if you're level 18 then level 18 gear drops for you... The same applies to gear score, if you're trying to cling on to particular stats and brand-sets it will take you significantly longer to gear up. I didn't know this until world tier 4 (because I'm a bit slow in the head, apparently), but once I learned about it my gear shot up to 450 in a couple of hours of game-play (if I'd known this going through WT1/2/3 would have been so much faster)... Now I'm *at* that gear score I can focus on which stats, brand-sets and talents I want to be using.

Feel like I'm in bizarro world, with worthabuy enjoying division! Must buy...

You know, it's weird...I hated the beta, which made me revoke my preorder. I waited for reviews (yours included WaB) and overwhelmingly they have been beyond positive. Prompting me to buy the game. After playing for many hours and hitting endgame I can say; It is, 'worth a buy".

Hey I'm new to this, can someone tell me: is it not worth to leave the bigger loot cashes (the wide and flat weapon boxes for example) for later when you are max level, so that you get max level gear..? For example in control points there are always rooms with such loot. Even if you will just dismantle it, you get way more materials when they are level 30 (?)?

I bought Anthem AND The Division 2 and by far, The Division 2 is miles better in EVERY way.

Hey Mack, what are you graphic settings for division 2? I have a gtx 1070 like you and got some stuttering problems. It just doesnt run as smooth as it should. Got an i7 8700k and 16gb of ram. FPS lock to 60 on 1440p

I agree with a lot of what he has to say but IMO the first 20-30hrs have been fun my mates and I are having a great time getting to end game.

Glad You liked this one Mack, but it sounds like My Idea of Gaming Hell, its not for Me I am afraid. I like Linear Single Player ONLY Shooter Games with Ultra faced Paced "Quake 2" Style Combat, so Open World MMO Looter Shooters that all but force Multiplayer by making Single Player overly Difficult and incredibly boring compared to Co-Op, and with Spongey Enemies on Top! are just...UGGGH for Me. :(

9:50 You can do in half of the time if you are in the well organized group and save side missions for higher levels to give you more XP.

I have a choice of 2 games with my graphics card. The Division 2, Resident Evil 2, and Devil May Cry 5. I want to choose TD2 and DMC, is there any reason I should swap one for RE2?

RU-vid isn't notifying me of your uploads despite having the bell turned on

With everything set to highest at 4k this consumes about 14GB of GPU memory of my Radeon 7. Bench mark gives me 40-42FPS average. But my machine is old with an FX8350 + 16gb DDR3(1333) + 650 watt bronze PSU (they recommend 750) and everything runs at stock speeds.

This game is epic, I personally enjoyed the leveling process but everyone is different.

Has endless fun in the endgame with no end in sight. Complains about the black tusk coming in and rendering the map reset to where you can keep fighting and earning endless loot.

Is is just me or is Mack sounding even more northen than usual lately?

Last night, I was queuing in for random normal mission to past the time at end game. I am about 430ish gear score. It dropped me into one of those stronghold but it was different. The game felt like Division 1 again where everybody was super bullet sponge and you would constantly die from few rounds from the enemy. We got thru the end and it revealed it was a challenging difficulty. It gave me an orange gear weapon which was a sniper rifle. It took us about an hour to finish. I just wished the matching system would work so things like that can be prevented. I was looking for normal mode stronghold. That's something we need fixing too.

when does that abundant loot start? Im about ten hours in, and loot is pretty scarce so far.

It's my Game Of The Year so far for 2019. Ubisoft/Massive really pulled out all stops to give us an excellent feature packed looter shooter. My only beef is my character gets caught up sometimes on fallen barriers and garbage on the ground. Hopefully the collision detection can be improved in a future patch.

Mack can you review thronebreaker, I think it's a very underrated game.

I’m having so much fun in this game for many of the reasons Mack pointed out. I’ve actually met a few good players too through matchmaking (most friends are on consoles ding!). Clan is called “Bend The Knee” if you’re looking for guys to play the game with.

Even in 2019 the game they showed back in that e3 is not even close. Keep it up man

Hi Mack, I enjoy your videos. Is it just me who is repeatedly disturbed by moving, low fps and pixelated shadows/smoke/fog? (Witcher 3, ROTTR, Crysis 3, many really) Ever since I bought a 2nd-hand r9 280x which has a weird occasional blue boot screen 'issue', I have become increasingly obsessed with graphics. Every time I see something I don't like, I spend hours on youtube trying to see if it's just my set-up, and quite often I see it's not just me! The graphics in this video look great, and it looks far better than most games when it comes to this. Can you shine any light on this? (pardon the kind-of pun). I don't remember these eye-sores in old games, but then again, the technology is quite different now. Its most noticable when panning with a controller, but it spoils the immersion for me. Cheers. Help for my sanity!

with how good the game looks and the attention to detail they should have taken the dark souls approach of of story telling (let you figure it out be exploring) would make you feel more like a agent activated in the middle of a crisis.

While I enjoyed the build up to 30 youre spot on the game could really have a "skip to the actual game" button for those who don't have dozens of spare hours per week to game just to get to the good part,endgame is great and what its about, im currently 350gs wt3 and having a ball, every spare moment is spent playing and im not rushing through,pretty well maxing my gerar score before doing missions that bump up wt level.Playing this way makes it tottally possible to play end game solo, strongholds the lot. I play sharpshooter,dont use the 50 a lot but the perks(digital scope +45% HS bonus F yes!) which basically make all bolt guns (and really good rolled DMR's) one shot headshot kills on the normal red enemies.Often ill come to a patrol and easily take the whole thing out ,one shot per kill without taking a single hit.Enagaging from maximimum possible distance is the key, problem is the game has artificial limits on this,i was watching hits not register because of this, they should fix it because limiting scoped rifles (that irl easily shoot hundreds of meters,yes im WELL qualified to comment) to barely 100 metres, if that, is a bit pointless and so far from real life,i understand some things have to be nerfed for balance, but this seems excessive.I dont expect 500-1000m shots,but at least 2-300m come on,ffs!

Division 2 is actually a good games as service game. Good job ubisoft you listened and you may very well reep the rewards. My only advice is get it right the first time because people were burned by the division 1 and I was hesitant until all the good press.

Man, I live in DC and it’s kind of surreal to see how accurate the city map is. I don’t own this game, but any chance I could convince someone who does to wander over to my neighborhood and show me what my house looks like in this apocalyptic wasteland?
